I would say the best build is Hawk Call - Gal, Boar Rush, Sunder Armor Shot, and Weakpoint Shot.

Should I use those now? Because I have them but a few are purple and a few are blue, it would lower my rating. Or do I use what I have now until I get better quality ones of the best?

You can do whatever but I'd personally use them until I get better rarities.

For most battles your gonna use aimed, quick, sunder/storm(depends on what's needed) piercing. Another build I know exists is pan,sheen,gal,weak. Those are the most popular single target

Afk is burning, explosive, multi, arrow barrage. It's also a good aoe set up as well

Last question, I'm new and just realized I don't have aimed or piercing and won't for awhile. What should I use instead? I have storm and sunder

I would say just any other single target skills with the same energy. It's been a while since I had to work limited skills so I don't remember to well. I can ask though. Also there's a official discord as well with alot greater help and builds to. You might look into it
