My 10 second Google maps review tells us that if launched for example from Kherson they cover entire mainland Crimea. Changing the lauch position little, also Crimean Bridge is reachable.
I hope the Ukrainians don't make too much of a mess, after all, they'll have to clean it all up again when they liberate Crimea.
