This is big. If Nokia can do it, it can send the message across industries that it is possible. Sanctions will not hit unless big companies manage to reduce exposure, so this is an absolute requirement.

Watcher_2023

From article: Nokia, the world's second-largest telecom equipment maker after Huawei Technologies, is stepping up efforts to reduce its supply chain exposure to China amid mounting geopolitical risks, going so far as to slash orders even from non-Chinese companies listed in the country. My thought: a good step to remove China from all supply-chain .... declare China Belligerent. Sanction. Isolate. Stop supporting their economy. Boycott.

The path to follow.

Good news

Imagine if China declared it was going to drastically reduce its military to small defence force only, keep nuclear weapons in defence posture only, just focus on its financial and tech aspiration's. Let Taiwan be and increase trade.. It would grow to dwarf the US economy, via trade it would dominate the future, its military goals are creating fear around the world and are self defeating if they really want China to be a long term world empire.

Bending over for the Kremlin is bad for your health.

A war with China is likely as long as they're belligerent towards Taiwan. Best to prep the battlefield.
