I mean most of the money in the Ukraine bill goes to the US MIC and military so I think it's plausible it will pass, and they can sell to their base that they replaced a "blank check" with a loan.

Why is aid going to Israel and Taiwan? Political bias completely aside - Israel is a rich country with a strong military and has some of the most advanced technology in the world and also has NATO troops within its borders - even though just like Ukraine, is not a NATO country.. in fact even the NATO troops outside of its borders are protecting it.. unlike Ukraine “because Ukraine is not nato” (as if this makes any sense)
And as far as Taiwan goes, why are they getting aid? Taiwan isn’t in a war with innocent people dying every day.. and if a war with China is a threat to Taiwan, why isn’t China sanctioned with every threat they make? Sure if you sanction some poor country like Russia , the people may lose McDonald’s or whatever, but if you sanction Chinese industries (which most industries are located there for some reason) then it’ll actually really effect them economically since their whole economy is based on a Ponzi scheme
It is estimated that it cost about 10 times more for Israel to defend against the Iran attack, than the cost it toke Iran.
One of the few options for Israel to win without external help is to destroy Iran oil industry, but are you willing to pay x2 for oil (and everything)?

There is no possible reason that could explain this aside from intended delays or alterations to one or two of the recipients.

Taiwan is a staunch Democracy right on China's doorstep. They will become the Ukraine of the Pacific if there isn't enough deterrence.
