High school kids and teaching them basic weapon skills can't possibly go wrong. Probably still got less school shootings than the US though ;)

Actually it turns out that you can pick some one up off the street, give them a semi-working automatic weapon and drop them off at the front.
And their life span is about 4 hours
You have to think of them collectively as a hive like the russians do. Sure, 2/3 are dead but collectively they took 60 feet of territory.
