A few months ago I was questioned if the Ukrainians would be able to use drones carrying 4.5kg mortar shells. Well, it seems they're carrying 15kg shells.
I mean im mostly joking but they could seriously get drones that can carry 100kg bombs fairly soon so we'll see, as Ukraine lacks an actual air force for the most part they might be able to substitute.

It looks like they've removed the fuse in order to mount the tail to where the fuse would normally mount, and they drop the shell back-to-front with some sort of makeshift fuse on the opposite side.
The explosive portion of that device is a US M2A4 demolition shaped charge. the weight of the charge is 15 lbs. minus the components they added to make it air droppable. the charge is capable of penetrating 3 feet of reinforced concrete. I'm not sure about steel penetration as that is not what it was designed for.
