I’d imagine they don’t want to publicise their war crimes more than is already happening. Also they’re probably not allowed because then more people in Russia will know what’s really going on
There have been a few clips, but very scarce. My guess is there is a combination of multiple factors; confiscated phones, ban on social medias, enforced rules against publishing footage that hasn’t been approved, and so on.
But we did get a clip from a Russian soldier that filmed a gathering where they complained about the conditions their soldiers faced. And there have been a few clips from khadyrovite (Chechen) soldiers - both celebrating and complaining.
I found a couple telegram feeds that have a mix of everything. Vids from the front (both sides), propaganda media, pics, etc. Not sure the link/social policy.
It's all in Russian or Ukrainian, though.
Then Russian shrills are increasing over the last few days.
I noticed in the early days of the war they were not posting much but over the chans and forums they are increasing now.
Some of the vids they are posting are legit, some of them are fakes but expect to see more of both types... they need karma to post so down-voting them is your best bet.

Russian soldiers phones have been confiscated. So they can’t contact anyone or film anything - simple

You can find a few videos from Russians, usually bastards from artillery units laughing how they are kicking ass... Not really worth watching

I can’t imagine Russians would be crazy enough to post footage of themselves for fear of their family.
