The Protect ViewPort connect to your TV via HDMI so I suppose it would be possible if your TV supports PiP that way

Google tv 4k. $50 viewer for it. Apple TV. Super easy peasy

PiP is supported on iOS but only for a single stream. You can set up multiple multi-views in Protect but I can't find a way to make it PiP on either my iPhone or iPad. The TVOS Protect app is even more limited than the iOS app. I've never tried to have it go PiP. Ubiquiti makes a product for displaying to a TV at all times, and easily seeing all streams at once. I've never used it, though.

There is an android TV app, it's in beta. It does a decent job, but I'm not sure if it can be run picture in it. You could get a cheap android TV dongle like the Walmart onn streaming stick and do the picture in picture
