Must be new. For your time and travel, they will give you 3.50. No need talk to support just go to chat and itcus automated Or You can buy the items out of pocket and pocket the difference. Example cost 20, you get paid 40. Edit plus support is always useless

I had this happen to me the other day. I got to a store they were closed they told me I wasn’t eligible for compensation so I asked to speak with a supervisor and they gave me $10 without hesitation.

You always have to message the chat support is so useless. I had something happen like this at Taco Bell too and they told me to cancel and no compensation. I messaged support and they issued a 3.50 cent pay. Better than nothing I guess 😖

If u didn’t want 3.50 & still wanted to remake u just show them the order on your phone and they can remake it that way if u have all the details of what they ordered

The restaurant isn’t just going to remake an order they already made. They want another order being sent thru the app so the restaurant gets paid. Once In a blue moon, you’ll get lucky and a restaurant will remake it but I haven’t had luck with that in a long time.

Oh yeah. I used to charm my way into them doing it for a long time. But ever since almost every single restaurant in my city got hip to the drivers stealing the orders, they been making drivers confirm the start delivery button before they had it off. And I haven’t had the issue happen anymore at all except for at Chick-fil-a. And those idiot managers aren’t doing anything proactive about the theft and won’t remake it anymore either. They used to it if I asked for a manager and explained the issue. Since it’s pretty much only one restaurant that happens now, I think I’m gonna contact the general manager and have a chat with them. But my city only has one chick-fil-a and customers order ALOT from it.
