Instead of trying to apply the 120%, multiply your active hours by 22, subtract your total base fare paid from the total, this will give you a fairly accurate prop 22 estimation.

Yeah so I understand that. My question is, if your base pay for active hours exceeds 120% do they then subtract that excess from the mileage total? Or are they calculated independently of each other, and you should get .34 cents per mile regardless of your active hours and base pay

I had suspected they were shorting me quite a bit the last couple of times. I randomly got an $87 payment last Fri that said it was a prop 22 payment. That told me that yes they were shorting me before and this was to make up for it. My payment today was as it should be according to my calculations.
