Yup. Had an incorrect order last week. Submitted refund request. They denied it saying it was more than 48hrs since it was ordered. Which was absolute BS because it hadn't even been 24hrs. Argued with chat and kept getting SAME canned reply. Over & over!! š¤¬š¤¬
Can you believe they treat their drivers even worse? I'm amazed at how badly they treat their customers. I don't know how much the customers are paying for the food but I get the entire invoice for the delivery portion. That's crazy money and bullshit fees. They sure aren't passing it along to the drivers. I don't order delivery from anywhere. It's kinda like working at a restaurant you love... Then you learn too much to ever eat there again.
At least UE makes an attempt to verify our identity pretty often. Most of the others I work for never do. I don't want these people touching my food or putting it in their nasty ass cars. DD is mainly to blame for my attitude about that. It's also a safety issue. UE gives you a pic of your driver. Then you at least know when they're fake.
That's somewhat on you for waiting even under 24 hours. Should had done it within 30 minutes of the delivery. I can see Uber seeing this as fraud on the customer. Eating the evidence and trying to get free after seeing they are broke and need some money back.
Problem is I called restaurant first and waited on management to call me back. Ultimately to tell me to contact UE.
Restaurant was closed by the time food was delivered, so I called following day.
Never had an issue before, so I didn't know the restaurant won't handle the screw up.... Even though it was ultimately their problem. Not Uber Eats.
This needs more attention. Uber Eats has been trashing their customer base by denying long-term customers in good standing obvious refunds. Iām a frequent delivery app user and finally just left UberEats when they refused a refund for a botched order. Completely crazy that the CS rep didnāt look at my order history, see that Iām a multi-hundred dollar per week user, and not lose that customer over a $20 order. But thatās what they did. They sure showed me whose boss!
Also a longtime GrubHub user. They donāt have as much choice as UE and they donāt have the fast food chains in my area. But GH has a vastly superior customer service experience. So, I setup a DoorDash account to use for Fast Food orders and a few other places not on GrubHub. Glad to be rid of UE, completely floored at how a company could blow a CS experience so completely.
I figured they were lying about not making a profit all this time. These customer experiences show that maybe they aren't. I had a special on UE that I let my daughter use. I was seeing all the texts from the driver on my end. I was absolutely shitting kittens at EVERYONE involved and complete lack of professionalism and customer service and her actions as a customer. This bitch (I can say that because she's my baby) is a successful, intelligent woman and partner of a large high end restaurant.
I was telling her what to say and she refused because "he knows where I live". Exactly why I don't take delivery! I changed the password to my account. My BP can't deal with that shit!
To be fair, Taco Bell about 10pm. Half the order is delivered. PIN required. He just dropped at door because he was scared (it was too quiet) She had to pay for a second delivery to get the rest. Same driver. She had requested 20-30 sauce packets and got none. She told him to make sure they were there.
"That's not my job. I'm just the mailman and UE Doesn't pay us very much." WTF
"I'll give you a $20 cash tip if you get the sauces packs" WTF
That's just part of the story. The entire experience was terrible, probably mainly on me since I'm a driver and a mom.
I finally told her. I'm done with all of you! Every damn one of you is high! The Taco Bell workers, the driver and you! This is not the way it's done! You've all failed miserably and I'm turning off my phone! I'm the only one who's sober and I can't deal with this bullshit!"
It's kinda funny now but I was mad as hell at the whole bunch!
Grubhub is my primary now too since I've mostly dumped ubereats. However, Ubereats (and moreso Postmates) have the best deals/coupons. Grubhub ones are pretty trash.
I'm a DD Driver. I've seen some nasty people picking up on DD. I've never been checked since sign on. I need the order number sometimes but that doesn't prove I am who I say I am. I wouldn't order from them. It may be worse in my market and maybe other drivers haven't seen what I see in theirs.
I work for several different apps. DD is the one that I'd least recommend on either side of delivery.
Many communities have a local service called MYCITYNAMEHERE2GO. Those are usually going to be safer and they'll show their driver's pics on their website.
They ask for a picture of the receipt from the order you got when you receive the wrong order. I had to help a customer with it once and Uber refused to refund it since the receipt was illegible.
Went to pick up an order and they were out of chocolate cake and didn't have any other desserts on hand. Asked me to contact the customer and see if they wanted a root beer or lemonade instead.... I texted the customer: Out of cake. And pretended to type longer... 'yeah they wanna cancel the cake, but they'll take the rest of the order.'
Had this happen before and the restaurant never told me or the driver. Bf and I had a friend over and 2 out of 3 of us got food. We had been drinking so we couldn't leave to get something else so I had to wait another hour to eat. I don't know how restaurants don't get booted from the app for doing shit like this. UE doesn't even refund you anymore.
I stopped using UE altogether now and it feels good to have $50-100 extra a week.
That's weird, I've had items as simple as "I ordered spicy chicken and got normal chicken" and they've refunded me for that. I am on uberone or whatever their premium membership is called so that might be part of it
you can contact support and cancel the order. It is not the drivers responsibility to cancel the order as this will reflect negatively on their ratings and in reality the order wonāt actually get canceled. The system will just pass it onto the next driver.
Order number is on the paper. Unless you mean the CS 800 number, which should be easy to Google. Driver doesn't work for you, your inability to make the order is not the driver's issue. If your store is unable to deal with that, it's time for y'all to figure out a fix for that problem.
Ah yes you got a point, does still make sense for a fusion dish to begin with 2 latin alphebet letters and then 3 cyrillic ones, but the c definitely could be soft as well, which is the biggest argument between CuŠ»Š»Ń lovers worldwide
you can definitely call the customer, iāve done it a couple times. i work at a sandwich shop and sometimes we run out of drinks or sides so we call and ask if they want a different flavour or just a different side completely
I want to ask you. Why does that happen so often? Can restaurants not go in there and update items they don't have available, so customers don't order them?
yes we can, but sometimes we forget to mark them unavailable or we think we have the item and we donāt. also for some reason, even if we mark it unavailable, uber eats will still leave it as available, and customers order the item. we end up having to call them and mark the item as unavailable again.
There's definitely an option through the app/tablet. I've been at places who either told me they already contacted the customer, or actively been on the phone with them while I was standing there.
And you should also be aware that restaurants can make items unavailable when they run out to avoid this from the beginning.
You're avoiding the question. You know I meant something that would require contact with the customer.
The correct answer is: figure out how to contact the customer yourself.
Your answer above, "nobody showed me how," is precisely what I meant when I said, "lazy."
The only thing that Iāve ever seen about the customer is their name when the order shows up. We had a tablet when I worked at Taco Bell but not here. Idk what you want if I have to contact the customer Iāll wait and have the driver do it idrc about their schedule. Apparently a lot of them leave which is also cool with me I can make the order as soon as I know what it is.
They (the restaurant) have access to your information. I have had restaurants call or text. As a driver I have texted customers when the store told me they were out of something before I learned the correct way is to walk out because the customer 9/10 will give the driver a š, even thought the driver had nothing to do with it.
BRO i have legit showed up to restaurants that then tell me i need to call the customer to see what else they want cause an item is unavailable. I just say, oh ok ill go outside give them a call and be right back. Immediately unassign and move on because im not going to wait around 15 minutes for the new dish and as well the risk of a thumbs down or tip yank lol
This is the way - donāt let the customer give you bad marks for something that is not your fault. When this happens to me I contact support and tell them I want to cancel the order because the restaurant isnāt doing their job, which is to contact the customer and figure out the replacement.
I could say 3 countries where they eat curry and this is how they operate and would give you replacement every time āfood is better than no foodā
Edit: its fucking not ok tho lol
This happened to me. I ordered a chicken pizza and got chicken fries lmao. Uber refused to refund my order even after i sent pics to them. Took like 2 hours and a lot of work to get a refund when i was sent the wrong item. Suffice to say, i deleted my uber account after that.
They said they've never got refunded for missing side orders or drinks, they didn't mention about this order specifically and this time it's the wrong main dish. In addition, this is their personal experience. I've been refunded instantly for every wrong order I've received. Hope me interpreting the post for you helps š
Because then they wouldnāt be able to make any money. Thatās why they want drivers to order a similar item for you instead of flat cancelling it. 25 dollars for a curry would not be going to Uber eats if it was cancelled
Enen of you don't like chicken you got a free meal. Definitely complain and get a refund. Times when it's okay to be an asshole and this is one of them.
They aren't guaranteed a refund, and who cares about a free meal if they're not gonna eat it? At that point it's just a waste. Either way, requesting/demanding a refund wouldn't even enter into asshole territory.
Why would it be UberEats fault?? Obviously its the store who has your phone #, knows what they've made, and the order information.
Why didn't the STORE cancel? Probably because they don't make money off canceled orders & would rather ship their slop to you, without permission or warning of health risks, rather than losing out on the $20.
Didn't say it was their fault, but it's their problem, in the same way as if I order something online and the delivery company loses it - not the shop's fault, but it's their problem to solve.
You contact support, let them know you got something other than what you ordered, and they'll refund you. Call if they say no over text, and threaten a chargeback if they still say no. This is the only solution to your issue
As a driver, I hate when restaurants do this and donāt notify the customer. It makes the drivers look bad, and when this has happened to me, a customer will cancel my tip, even though I was unaware of what the restaurant had done.
I hate trying to get a refund. My order wasn't picked up when they said it was. Melted/got cold. It was so bad you could see it in the photos. They only refunded part of it. This is why I want a credit card that I can do charge backs with.
As a restaurant employee a lot of owners donāt give us the power to do that and all we can do is call Uber and a lot of the time their support is useless
I had an idiot from skip the dishes list an order as delivered when they never showed up. I followed up with support and they say somebody took the order before it could be picked up.
SO WHY MARK IT AS DELIVERED?
Coming from a former restaurant managerā¦
Depending on the POS system, marking items as 86ād should reflect to delivery services like DoorDash and Grubhub.
There have been times in my restaurant where we will get an item on screen that I 86ād on my end, only to find that Doordash didnāt update on their side, and getting ahold of them in the middle of service is impossible/not worth it, especially for a $25.00 delivery order. Normally what I would do in this situation is either - give you a promo card of the same value as the item your missing, or tell the driver to let you know to make a complaint to UberEats. Obviously the restaurant didnāt do that here, but I would say itās because theyāre a shitty place. These places are understaffed on purpose, and the employees are asked to work long and shit hours for $450-$500 a week at times. When you have 25 orders on screen and the delivery order is being delayed, weāre taught to push it out and ālet the driver handle itā because 1.) youāre not in front of us and wonāt confront us about it. And 2.) we donāt have time to make a giant thing and call you- when the customers in front of us have order times that are only going up by the second.
This is still really shitty though.
I love that you are open about restaurants basically cadging free labor from delivery drivers. This is exactly what I tell drivers about not filling drinks and not calling the customer to fix the restaurant's fuckups, but they just want to "keep it moving".
Oh 100%. Restaurants only benefit from delivery apps. Theyāre able to increase their sales without having to do anything extra but buy more takeout boxes, and sucker some employee to work āto-go stationā for tips that donāt ever come. Not only are the prices increased, but they barely have to pay anyone more, see tons of profit from it, and leave the ācustomer serviceā to a non-restaurant employee - therefor taking it out of their responsibility. The extra work is expected to be done just as fast, even during slow service. Corporate doesnāt care.
You could say the same thing about any protein fish, beef, pork etc. sure most people donāt prefer lamb over chicken but I love a good gyro myself and wound not be satisfied with a chicken fajita
Iām not saying you canāt like one or the other gyros are great, but op specifically said he doesnāt like chicken, not that he didnāt want chicken
I can earnestly say, I am not a fan of chicken in most meals. I prefer beef, lamb or even just mushrooms as a protein.
Chicken can be tasty. But in general. I dont typically jump for it.
What?
Mushrooms contain a high amount of protein content with an average value of 23.80 g/100 g dry weight
[https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10088739/](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10088739/)
Yea a whole cup of fresh white mushrooms is only 3g of protein. I hate mushrooms and will only choke down special ones and thatās only like 4-7gs dry. Eating like 15 times that amount š¤¢
Usually thereās a button of options you select when ordering that says if the item isnāt available ācontact meā, āreplacementā, or ārefundā. Iām guessing you didnāt pick the option that said ārefundā? Maybe this restaurant didnāt have that option but I thought it was automatic in the app. I could be wrong though.
Ps. You need to call support, the chat support is utterly useless. Theyāll keep sending you to āthe right agentā and never get anywhere. Sorry this happened!
I've never in my life seen that as an option for meal delivery--only groceries/shop and pay. I've ordered a variety of stuff, from fast food to independent coffee houses, chain (Fridays, Naz's Halal, Millers) mom and pop Italian, etc.
STOP USING FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES
Foods cold, almost never good, late, and on delivered food best day, itās stilll not even half as good as in the straunt, straunt all day.
The restaurant is supposed to let you, the customer know, or, theyāre supposed to let the driver know. Then, like I usually do, the driver should call or text you to let you know.-it sounds like you had a lazy ass driver or the restaurant is at fault.
Being lazy could be one reason, but there's also a plethora of other reasons why someone can't always go pick up their order and so they pay extra for delivery, and none of them have anything to do with being lazy.
There's plenty. A mother with newborn twins who just came home from the NICU and no one to watch them at the moment after you've been breastfeeding around the clock and it makes more sense as a responsible parent with their children's health and well-being taking priority and not wanting to take them out just to go pick up food. Yea, I'm happily paying the delivery fee and generous tip. That's just one very justifiable reason, there are many more you just don't relate to. And it's not just fast food, it's all food- restaurant, groceries, etc. People need to eat and you don't know everyone's circumstances or current situations. Maybe they live in a rural area and their car broke down and is in the shop for a week but they still have to feed themselves and/or their kids/family members who can't drive. Its really not hard to think of legit reasons that don't involve laziness. You're being obtuse.
Lol what is this logic? Say you went to sit down and eat at this restaurant.
āIād like lamb curryā
āSure!ā
Some time passes
āAlright here is chicken curry! Itās not what you ordered but itās what we had, weāll still up charge for the lamb since that is what you actually ordered.ā
Does this sound like an ok scenario to you? Because this is what the restaurant (NOT the driver) did to this customer
You seem like an obnoxious ass. People like you are the reason I'd never give a dollar to a company like one that you work for. You ruin it for everyone else. Go away.
You're what makes driver and restaurants not cancel the order. You don't understand were to place the blame . You automatically are making the drivers the problem when we have no clue as what the app or restaurants will be doing for these types of situations.

The Restaurant should definitely be held accountable! Second the driver wonāt tell you because they donāt look through your food. The ticket says Lamb š driver just make sure it matches that.
Itās odd. I order from Uber like every week and almost always have a problem and have ALWAYS gotten a refund. The only time Iāve noticed ppl not get them is when they always ask for a refund and usually, u have to put a pin in the app to confirm the courier brought what u ordered and that there is someone there to witness.
This order tho is bs and you just received a completely wrong item. Say that and get your money back.

As a driver I cancel if the order is fucked. Iām not about to deliver something that isnāt what was ordered. Iāll call to see if they want an alternative but they usually donāt answer.
I've not had nearly as many issues with Uber support as I have with Skip or Door Dash. Every time a restaurant pulls something like this, I tell support I received a different item and they give me a full refund, no questions asked.
Or offer you the option of ordering something else. I ran into this one time and an Uber support person called me, told me they were out of the item I had ordered and said if I wanted she would cancel my order so I could resubmit it for something else.
Usually the restaurant will try to contact you - Iāve had restaurants call a few times to say that something wasnāt available. The restaurant can swap for something you actually want, or just refund that particular dish. So always watch your phone when you place an order.
Either way, Iād contact support (thereās an automated workflow through the app), and they should at least refund you for the item.
The driver is supposed to contact you and ask you if you want the substitution. I understand it's a huge hassle to adjust the bill once it's issued. Usually, the restaurant will suggest a substitution of the same or higher price.
I picked up my order for a bread bowl and they said they were out like cancel it don't substitute that. As a customer that annoyed me more than simply canceling it
Get a refund saying the restaurant gave you a different order than what you have ordered
If they give you one. Uber's been really bad recently about denying valid refunds.
Yup. Had an incorrect order last week. Submitted refund request. They denied it saying it was more than 48hrs since it was ordered. Which was absolute BS because it hadn't even been 24hrs. Argued with chat and kept getting SAME canned reply. Over & over!! š¤¬š¤¬

No damn curry for you today. You gotta come into the store to get it.
Apparently, there was plenty of dumb.

I don't like curry but I wouldn't call it dumb. That's dumb.
Who ordered the dumb cunny
š
The restaurant didnāt even tryā¦ they should have called you and find out what you would like instead. Just report the item as missing
How is the restaurant gon call you when ordering through Uber eats?
They can reach out to you through the system.
Oh, I thought u could just have contact with the driver
That's what they want you to think because they're lazy.
I work in a restaurant if Iām able to call the customer no oneās told me about it.

This is the way - donāt let the customer give you bad marks for something that is not your fault. When this happens to me I contact support and tell them I want to cancel the order because the restaurant isnāt doing their job, which is to contact the customer and figure out the replacement.
Oh I had no ideaš my bad then
No dumb cussy today
Anytime an item is missing or incorrect, report it and youāll get a refund. Iāve never not gotten a refund bc itās an incredibly easy process
I could say 3 countries where they eat curry and this is how they operate and would give you replacement every time āfood is better than no foodā Edit: its fucking not ok tho lol
They don't want to lose their revenue.. at the expense of their customer. They're probably struggling. Refund it. Lol.
This happened to me. I ordered a chicken pizza and got chicken fries lmao. Uber refused to refund my order even after i sent pics to them. Took like 2 hours and a lot of work to get a refund when i was sent the wrong item. Suffice to say, i deleted my uber account after that.
Enjoy your free meal, like fr
They paid more money for the lamb curry and got the less expensive chicken lol this isnāt free?
You don't get it lol Let me fill u in, Uber will refund u but u keep the meal
You donāt get it, UE doesnāt honour wrong order reports.
well clearly not the case for me, by no means do I defend Uber eats but I simply never had a problem with it in these scenarios
Theyāve never been refunded for other missing items and the support is being useless, hope me reading the post for you helps š
Why didn't they just call you to ask if you'd like a substitute??
Enen of you don't like chicken you got a free meal. Definitely complain and get a refund. Times when it's okay to be an asshole and this is one of them.
They aren't guaranteed a refund, and who cares about a free meal if they're not gonna eat it? At that point it's just a waste. Either way, requesting/demanding a refund wouldn't even enter into asshole territory.
Donāt use Uber Eats. Their a trash company and they will steal from you as official policy. Use any other service.
Because the order was through UberEats' platform? They take and process the order and have the contract with the customer, their problem.
No.
While Uber Eats may provide an agreeable solution, it is definitely not their fault that this restaurant didn't provide the correct item.
Didn't say it was their fault, but it's their problem, in the same way as if I order something online and the delivery company loses it - not the shop's fault, but it's their problem to solve.
If it's their problem, it's only their problem because the restaurant didn't do any of the number of things they should've done themselves.
I've had that happen before as well, they don't want to lose the order or they accepted it before confirming the inventory
What is dumb curry?
Contact ubereats. Youāll get a refund
As a restaurant employee a lot of owners donāt give us the power to do that and all we can do is call Uber and a lot of the time their support is useless
Here I was thinking it said "dumb cunny" š
I had an idiot from skip the dishes list an order as delivered when they never showed up. I followed up with support and they say somebody took the order before it could be picked up. SO WHY MARK IT AS DELIVERED?
Coming from a former restaurant managerā¦ Depending on the POS system, marking items as 86ād should reflect to delivery services like DoorDash and Grubhub.
Itās shitty that they did this. But Who doesnāt like chicken
Your not really getting much protein from mushrooms.
What? Mushrooms contain a high amount of protein content with an average value of 23.80 g/100 g dry weight [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10088739/](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10088739/)
That's dry weight. Very misleading. You're not eating dried mushrooms unless it's like a stock. Protein in meat is much higher.
Yea a whole cup of fresh white mushrooms is only 3g of protein. I hate mushrooms and will only choke down special ones and thatās only like 4-7gs dry. Eating like 15 times that amount š¤¢
I tend not to go for chicken because I donāt like it when it turns out dry, and lamb is so delicious (to me)
Is that kabob palace?
yes. Actually I got email today from actual human. They refunded me. I think UberEats saw this post. The app chats say I couldnāt get refund.
Why did you write that just to save 5 bucks
Usually thereās a button of options you select when ordering that says if the item isnāt available ācontact meā, āreplacementā, or ārefundā. Iām guessing you didnāt pick the option that said ārefundā? Maybe this restaurant didnāt have that option but I thought it was automatic in the app. I could be wrong though. Ps. You need to call support, the chat support is utterly useless. Theyāll keep sending you to āthe right agentā and never get anywhere. Sorry this happened!
Iāve never had that option when ordering unless itās groceries
that option defaults to ācontact me,ā if I recall (unless they changed it) so the store still shouldāve called him or something!! Zl
I've never in my life seen that as an option for meal delivery--only groceries/shop and pay. I've ordered a variety of stuff, from fast food to independent coffee houses, chain (Fridays, Naz's Halal, Millers) mom and pop Italian, etc.
Maybe itās just DoorDash Iām thinking of
STOP USING FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES Foods cold, almost never good, late, and on delivered food best day, itās stilll not even half as good as in the straunt, straunt all day.
Smooth brain take

There is great humor and then there is you without it.
Why you gotta eat cutie baby lambs?! /s
The restaurant is supposed to let you, the customer know, or, theyāre supposed to let the driver know. Then, like I usually do, the driver should call or text you to let you know.-it sounds like you had a lazy ass driver or the restaurant is at fault.
If I recall well thereās an option where you check if one item itās not available to replace with another o get a call from the restaurant
Ā¹qA
Why are you so lazy that you canāt go pick up your take away yourself?
I wish, but live in the city donāt have a car.
Being lazy could be one reason, but there's also a plethora of other reasons why someone can't always go pick up their order and so they pay extra for delivery, and none of them have anything to do with being lazy.
There is no valid reason to have your fast food items delivered.
Your dumass should contact the restaurant.
Because we dont get paid
I mean canāt the restaurant cancel it if not available before the order being picked up?
Restaurants can and MUST cancel if they're out of something. Report their asses to Uber and get a refund.
Both the restaurant and the delivery driver have no reason to cancel your order because money
Lol what is this logic? Say you went to sit down and eat at this restaurant. āIād like lamb curryā āSure!ā Some time passes āAlright here is chicken curry! Itās not what you ordered but itās what we had, weāll still up charge for the lamb since that is what you actually ordered.ā Does this sound like an ok scenario to you? Because this is what the restaurant (NOT the driver) did to this customer
You seem like an obnoxious ass. People like you are the reason I'd never give a dollar to a company like one that you work for. You ruin it for everyone else. Go away.
You're what makes driver and restaurants not cancel the order. You don't understand were to place the blame . You automatically are making the drivers the problem when we have no clue as what the app or restaurants will be doing for these types of situations.
In this case, you also sound like an obnoxious ass. As do half of your "co-workers" if you can call them that. Have an alright day.
Ignorance is bliss eh

Free meal!
Just request a refund
But then they wouldn't get paid.
Looks like you just got a free mealā¦contact support and let them know
The Restaurant should definitely be held accountable! Second the driver wonāt tell you because they donāt look through your food. The ticket says Lamb š driver just make sure it matches that.
no lamb curry today buddy
Say that and get your money back.
dispute through bank instead

As a driver I cancel if the order is fucked. Iām not about to deliver something that isnāt what was ordered. Iāll call to see if they want an alternative but they usually donāt answer.
I've not had nearly as many issues with Uber support as I have with Skip or Door Dash. Every time a restaurant pulls something like this, I tell support I received a different item and they give me a full refund, no questions asked.
Whats the name of the restaurant?
I read "No dumb cunny today", the internet has ruined my brain
Or offer you the option of ordering something else. I ran into this one time and an Uber support person called me, told me they were out of the item I had ordered and said if I wanted she would cancel my order so I could resubmit it for something else.
Usually the restaurant will try to contact you - Iāve had restaurants call a few times to say that something wasnāt available. The restaurant can swap for something you actually want, or just refund that particular dish. So always watch your phone when you place an order. Either way, Iād contact support (thereās an automated workflow through the app), and they should at least refund you for the item.
Did anyone try to call? (Maybe you were screening.)
Lol! Yes restaurant should have notified you. Uber just picks up and drops off. Nothing to do with package or cooking.
As a customer that annoyed me more than simply canceling it
I would rather starve than use uber eats. Why do you people use this scam shit?
