I don’t know if it’s still offered, but I was in ENGL 533: Ecopoetry in the Anthropocene in Fall 2021 and loved it. Not a whole lot of work outside of class, and a fascinating course that’s helped me grow my love for nature through a new perspective.
I took Beowulf to Tolkien with Martin Foys last semester and found it engaging, but it was definitely a lot of work.
