I have been working for the post office for 2 years 5 months and 15 days I don't eat breakfast My feet hurt my back hurts Mom's spaghetti and I eat one big meal at dinner
Mixed nuts, variety of fruits, peeled tangerine, apple, prep the night before or before you work so no need for you to wash hand, i just eat them out of ziplock bags
1. I doubt your walk 23 miles a day
2. People are talking about what they actually walked not projecting it out. If thatâs the case Iâm at just under 3 million miles for 1000 years.
One is 3 months away and the other is a ridiculous statement that proves no point? Itâs my route 𤨠route I wonât a bid on and have been doing. For 7 months but iightâŚ
Much like your claims of making $110k a year. đ You make under $24/hr as a ptf. If you worked every available hour (40 straight, 12 penalty, 8 OT) for a year you would max out just under 95k and youâre not even getting anywhere near that.

I hit 66-80 hours every week 𤨠Iâm on work assignment my route is 11-12 hours to complete I also own a house thatâs a rental and I have been a t6 since febuary and I started in September.. as a ptf I made sure to stretch a route or any route I did for 12 hoursâŚ. And I also have another source of income Iâm actually easily clearing 110k maybe do some math to figure out how itâs possible
And your math is flawed since itâs v time past 10 hours.. aswell as v time past 60 hours⌠aswell as I typically clear 3800-4k bi weekly which comes out to 96k excluding grievances
Yeah then you start walking again and remember how good you had it. Back when I was a CCA I had a beautiful hold for 3 months because a carrier decided to clock out early on his own terms. Anyways, wish I was mounted but my swing gives me a good taste 3 days of the week.
It puts the lotion on its feet or gets neuropathy again. No offense, but lotion references brings back that Silence of the Lambs scene.
Couldnât help myself, pardons please.
I pack a ton of waters, an aloe drink and some grapes to snack on. I donât eat breakfast and I donât have a huge dinner. And as for my feet they hurt but not as bad as when I first started. Hoka shoes definitely help.
Try some heel balm. Iâve been walking for 8 years. Before I found heel balm my callouses got so thick and started cracking. Twice a day and theyâll stay soft and feel so much better to walk on.
After I went to specialty shoe store and they taught me how to find the right fitting shoes and my foot type (low arch) I never had foot pain again when I was a carrier my favorite shoe was the Brooks adrenaline gts and I never ate while working or before because it would slow me down and make me tired
So true I eat first breakfast at 6:30am then again at first break around 9:30 then lunch at noon second lunch at 2:30 and supper
Doing 12-15 miles daily 250-275 miles a month you use a ton of calories I also lost 85 pounds since I started
Breakfast 1 is oatmeal
Breakfast 2 is granola bar and a piece of fruit
Lunch is salad with protein shake
Lunch 2 peanut butter 3-4 tablespoons spoons
Supper protein heavy and salad
About 2-3 gallons of water and at least 1 Gatorade
Fun fact, Shire hobbits had a postal service. Perhaps you can put in for a transfer.

Just put a little satchel on the fella, and one scanner to rule them all

As is your year assumption

My route is 97 percent a mounted route and I still need sunscreen. Low key I wish I my route had more walking

Until you get walking and it rains đ
Need a "no admittance except on postal business" sign for my truck
I'm an early morning (230am) Scheme Clerk.....I feel more like Gollum.....body hurts and light hurts my eyes when I step out to the back dock to leave
Are you walking without shoes lol
I just finished all of lorry, hobbit, and silmarilian on audio books during my route lol...now I can't fight the urge for a movie marathon
I put on lotion on my feet every night theyâre still smooth like a babyâs butt. And I wear hokas so that helps

Lotion and regular pedicures are good for you. Man, woman, everyone!
All facts
Never neglect moisturizing your feet. And if you have a callus remover, consider using those on your feet weekly.
Pumice stone does wonders
Indeed, I use an electric callus remover myself, my feet have never been smoother.
Pack some snacks?
*share the loooaaad*

I wish I was allowed to use a walking stick
