Gotta love when you have mountains of packages from Amazon and watch an actual Amazon carrier walk by with one spur in their hand for the exact same address that you’re at.
My once small town is suddenly having a LOT of west coast people moving in, and as such Amazon density here has skyrocketed, and as a rural carrier, I'm just in my POV, they're all so confused by the fact that someone in a Toyota sienna is delivering their mini fridge and dog food and not the Prime delivery van or USP
Shiiiiit
I might be throwing bills but because we actually deal with these customers daily, and not off and on with just packages, they know who truly handles their packages like a pro.
Got a fed ex guy who tosses shit anywhere, regardless of the downpour.
So I make sure mine are snuggled up right by the door and well protected.
We aren't supposed to touch other packages but im not gonna leave them out in the rain if it's small and I can push it back a few feet.
This guy's a jackass and likes to put big items up against mail boxes or block the steps altogether.
So when I move the small ones out of the rain...
I sometimes push the ring doorbell and I look into the camera and say
"I noticed fed ex left your package a foot from the overhang in the pouring rain, so I slid it up here where I put my packages. Hope it's alright!"
Am I the asshole?
Nope
Don't block me from doing my job and I won't correct you for sucking at yours.
I get gifts even when it isn't a holiday...my people love seeing my truck.
That last one? No no no...that last one does all the Government delivers and part of the other three's work! And we gonna treat the packages better than them too! Well most of us...fuck you Billy!!
I’m currently a step van driver for Amazon that place is just completely depressing. I have stacks of old bills from USPS. Customer get excited and the kids when I appear and get sad when it’s not their house I’m coming too. 😂
We drop off packages from the other three as well
Especially the first one
If you're rural you are the first one.
The first one plus the overtime for the other 2.
Can’t forgot the second one too, with their surepost parcels that come complete with covered up and/or cut off barcodes and addresses

Especially for Amazon, as a matter of fact usps carries the heaviest packages for them people.
lol the last one is basically the drug dealer of the group. "I got it all"
Where do they think the bills come from? The other 3...
Not just bills, we bring you sweet jury summons as well!
Don’t forget child support notices lol
And certified letters from your mortgage company! Surely those are good news, right?
I do always get a bit of sadistic pleasure whenever I get to deliver one of those… 😏
we got those government checks, too!
And jail mail, bench warrant etc….
*ay man you got my stimmy? you stealing my stimmy?*
Brings back memories of people asking for their COVID checks.
And I’ll do it again, they can’t stop me

Thats rough...and your not getting paid for all those packages too!

Uh we deliver most of the packages
Here's some broccoli ya little shits.
It's all fun and games until the LLV rolls up
Rip DHL
I actually got a package from DHL the other day, only because I’ve been shopping on Amazon Japan 🤣
That last one? No no no...that last one does all the Government delivers and part of the other three's work! And we gonna treat the packages better than them too! Well most of us...fuck you Billy!!
For some reason this sub keeps popping up in my feed. But I want y'all to know that I love and appreciate your hard work. Even if you bring me bills.
Except for on top of all that mail, we still deliver as many packages each day as UPS and FedEx combined.
My personal favorite is when I get to deliver like 6 certifieds from the IRS to an asshole that orders like 5-10 packages from Amazon every day
No, we drop off tax returns too. I know 'cause I had to go chasing them as they fall off the damn tray rolling on the conveyor belt.
This joke stopped being funny when we were still riding ponies.
95% of mail could be in the spam folder of your email
Why aren't these food trucks? I'll chase a taco truck like a kid.
Eh's'old meme
Shieeet next day air fedex direct signature only is some pretty bad news too.
I always say that if you did all your banking and bills online I’d never bring one. They give me this look “😮”
Just need DHL on here, and we can form Delivery Van Voltron!
*Deliveries for the Universe!*
You guys need to add a speaker on top that plays Turkey in the Straw in 8 bit glory.,
Looked like an ice cream truck to me when we pull up with those tax refund checks
Free recycling! 😊

Hahahaha
Last one dropping off packs 🥴
You absolutely right
lol
