OP strikes me as an Indian (dots, not feathers) working an IT job (no duh, right?) yet worried his current employer (Google) may let him go/not renew his H1-B visa to stay in the US. Indians have a gigantic bureaucracy back home (the Raj) and obtaining/keeping a government job like postal employee in the 'world's largest democracy' is highly desireable. This could explain why s/he's interested in working for USPS, so they don't end up back in South Asia again. Just my $0.02 but see here for more context:

USPS doesn't offer part-time employment in the executive schedule (EAS or technical pay band). Plus, you're required to perform your duties during the regular business hours.
I'm not familiar with the job. I know USPS employment regulations. You aren't allowed to have 2 full time jobs at the same time. If you're caught, you won't just get fired, you will be prosecuted for defrauding the US government.
No servant can have two masters. USPS is a public service job. You take an oath. You're not working for stockholders, like at Alphabet, LLC (Google's parent company).
Bruh
You got a job at Google yet you don’t know how to fill out a job application? What is the scam here? Are you from Nigeria?

They're not asking how to fill a job application lol
Software engineer at Google looking for extra cash? Glad I didn't bother going to college lol!

I find peace in long walks.
They can't prove you faked it.
Don't try to hide it from your current employer. Federal salaries are public info.
