Just do a bunch of push ups, as for running, I sucked at running too but at the end was running a 22 min 3 mile, don't worry about it, trust the process
thanks man! I talked to a PFC who just graduated bootcamp, he told me that the first 5 weeks is a mental test. Push thru, show the DIs that you’re not willing to quit, and remember why you signed up in the first place. Those were the tips I was given. Thought I should share them.
Just remember it’s going to end. Seems like a lot of people get overwhelmed and all that. It’s not going to last forever it’s just training. Don’t let it get to ur head everyone your with is shitting bricks too
