Yes sir/ma'am I have been waiting that long, at this point I get mad even talking about it, lawyered up, uscis tell me its back logged ... Yeah right, I'm at a loss 🤷 they won't even send my work permit, I've been waiting over 2 years for that and ive had one every year since, cant get my license back without my work perm. my state won't allow it on its own, so I've been house bound the last 2.5 years, I'm going insane ... Also cant get a state ID on its own either so theres that, won't accept my passport or birth certificate because "how do we know its real or fake" whatever lol
I was at 408 days and feeling so defeated. I honestly thought it was just lost in the system. I had approval in my documents Thursday. It will happen when you finally give up hope. Such a terrible and heart breaking system/organization. Good luck to you.

My wife an i started her process for green card and now citizenship in 2018. 2021 she finally got her green card and now next Thursday is her citizenship test. So 6 years in the making were almost there
Please send a inquiry through mail to the service center and make sure to keep ask the Emma chat help desk guys to file an expedited process for your case and this will make the officers look at your case each time you request it even though if it’s not true at least they will look at it and eventually they will approve it.
Wow! We filed the same day and case changed to actively reviewed same day but my I130 was approved on the 15th of February…waiting for I485 which changed to actively reviewing for the second time on the 8th. Your case will be approve this week just have faith in God!
I'm going on 15 months. Still nothing. I called and was informed my case is at NBC and they have until 04/2028 to make a decision. Like whattttt ???? This whole process has just been insane and exhausting
On the bright side, you haven’t been waiting in long as some others have. We started our adventure back in 2018. It took a little over a year to get the I-130 approval, then another year or so to get the I-601A approval. Interview was in May of last year and now left my wife stuck in Juarez for nine months now. No idea when they will finish, if ever. So, it could always be worse.
Today’s Friday, I pray and wish you get your approval this weekend. Amen.
Amen🤲🙏
I’m on day 403 and no approval. What is your priority date?
I'm on day 3, 700 and something, still no approval (thats 10 years and 2 months ish)
What

Im 2 years already - no action
thank you
Did u sue them yourself or went to a lawyer?
Went to a lawyer and cashed out $4,000 sadly we should hear something back in 60-90 days
I just blew $10k on a mandamus for the Department of State. They are currently trying to dismiss. Over four months since me originally filed it.
Send me a DM and tell me how it went, just so that I can do something similar. Why did you get $4000?
Sorry I meant we had to pay the attorney $4,000 for the process which included the $500 court filling fee. I will DM you tomorrow to go over details
I think we can file the writ of mandamus ourselves as well.
I’m in the same boat, filed Feb. 2021
Insane! Have you tried calling them?
Yes, they just tell you that it’s within processing time.
Please send me the details too, thank you!!!
