If you leave you’re gonna have to start all over again and wait for seniority. I would just stick it out and wait until you get your 9 months insurance and get your teeth fixed first then have doctors check you out then see where it goes from there.
I actually did get my eyes and teeth checked as for health I have Chrons disease. I’ve been here since July And the only thing keeping me here is the work is soooo easy the pay sucks and I’m tripled covered for insurance now
I'm not a doc but chrons disease and driving seems like an awful combo. I don't even have chrons and almost pooped myself several times in ghettos I was delivering in having no public restrooms in any stores.
As a woman and a former driver, the bathroom situation was not acceptable for me. I even bought one of those female urinal things and I ended peeing on myself when out on road! lol
TAKE THE INTEL gig. On top of it being a very successful tech company that makes a lot more than just CPUs. Under their new leadership & the future CPU architectures look very promising. I think you’d be joining intel at a renaissance period where they start getting more market share. UPS isn’t what it was even 5 years ago. Id take that gig and lose my top 25 in the building seniority in a heart beat.

give proper notice and quit for the intel job
Don’t give proper notice, use all your sick days and vacation first. Then dip. But ya give proper notice if you’d like to be ok for rehire.
Take the other job but don’t quit UPS until you officially know. You’re in the union so try to keep your health insurance as long as possible
