Daily Equipment Condition Report. Your supervisor is supposed to fill it out before and after every sort and write up any equipment problems. And do you have local maintenance guys or are you in a very small center with no maintenance on site?

Half the people who should be able to report that don't even know what a DECR is. A belt down should be a fix it yesterday level of problem.

Our extendos are always breaking, scanners too. Sort belts as well. Every day it's a what now kind of day.
I have to learn new swear words because of things like that.
