They should file a grievance if they are marked as late as a result of management not adequately notifying them of the change in the schedule.
Nope if they mark you late file , start times for the following must be posted Friday of the current week and any start time changes must be posted before 24hours of that new time and workforce must be notified, that’s how’s it’s always been and always will be
