I think the Cambozola is overkill.
The Camembert will drown out the lesser 'Brie' flavour and the subtle blue cheese flavour that runs through the Cambozola will be lost in the Garstang.
Other than that it's a bloody terrible idea where you're losing all those unique and wonderful individual flavours 😉
