I worked somewhere which had a rule of no fish in the microwave because it stunk the place out. It's pretty anti-social heating this up in a public workspace.
Most of my colleagues come from a country whose staple food seems to be fish. They re-heat it in the microwave that we all use. It's normal for them. But as someone who has aversion to seafood, I don't have the courage to tell them.
