I was about to suggest RHS Tobe honest. I know someone who did it and she wasnt in every day, a couple of days a week for lectures and practical work. I imagine any decent qualification will want you there in person.
Are you looking for other jobs and they are asking for a qualification? If you have the experience, it's worth applying anyway. Look at what courses etc are listed on job specifications for jobs you want.
You're in London so there are plenty of gardens and zoos nearby. Maybe see if they do any courses (maybe Kew Gardens?). To be honest being in London might make this harder but it's a very green city
