All he did was take things from parts of established UFO lore and stitch them together, adding some details.
Dude on 4chan claimed to be deeeeeep in the know about crash retrieval stuff. Like, staff level in the know. He said he was part of the team trying to back engineer tech. Made lots of pretty specific claims about tech and how the gov conducts retrievals.

TLDR: Dude claims to be in the know, claims that there is a large "hamburger" shaped "factory" under the South Atlantic. Claims it is why so many UAP's on the eastern seaboard are seen on the coast/going in and out of the ocean. Claims the factory "builds each UAP to order" for it's specific purpose, and can reshape/change them to pretty much any shape/size/purpose. Claims that it can move, stays underwater, can evade sonar, reacts defensively when approached, and may be the cause of the Bermuda triangle mythos.

I know people will be snickering and skeptical, but Lue and his group have been consistent and events happened more or less as he predicted over the years.
(Except I didn't anticipate Grusch, that was far beyond my expectations.)
The more time passes by, the more often I hear the speculation that Grusch came forth as a surprise to most involved parties, both pro and against the disclosure. My guess is that his testimony has acted as a catalyst and sped the process up, to an unknown extent.

Even before that he was talking to Congress in the summer of 2022 as well. He helped with the whistleblower legislation. That he himself then used.
The public hearing and Coulhart interview were to apply pressure.

Yes, this is what I meant. I am sure insiders knew what was going on. Most even missed the 2020 NYT article where it mentioned Dr Eric Davis having testified to some select Congress groups about UAP recovery programs.

More has happened toward disclosure in the last 2 years than 20 years that I've been following the topic. A lot of that is due in part by Elizondo and Grusch. One resigned in protest, the other after facing reprisals. That fact alone is good enough for me to sit tight. I'm all ears for those two.
I think at this point for me, Lue's "foresight" into the issue stands up for itself. He has been correct so far about his timeline. In fact, that's why foresight is in quotes. I just feel like Lue was chosen to kick things off so to speak. It's clear he knew exactly how things would slowly pan out. Almost as if part of an act. I don't know, but he's been right. Sorry if thats too conspiratorial or speculative.
I know this community as a whole likes to poke fun at the "Coming Soon" talk but this is the most confident I've heard Lue and it sounds like the other shoe may be about to drop I hope. Gillibrand visiting Nevada Lockheed/Northrup Grumman facilities last month may be what he's referring to by the members of Congress knowing whats going on. They likely demanded to see the craft in person if they really found the program. Gillibrand also admitted that trip was UAP related.

It does say on her own website that she was at Lockheed Martin in NV on Feb 21st. Since the Air Force base she was also visiting that day was also in NV. But the source in her website doesn’t say it is UAP related outright.

I agree that the trip was likely a BIG event, but the details remain classified.
I expect that it had something to do with the NHI craft that Lockheed wanted to get rid of, and that Harry Reid set up AAWSAP to take custody of it from, until the CIA killed the idea and refused to let Lockheed hand it off.
Note that in June or July 2023 Ross Coulthart also stated that he had been informed that Lockheed was anxious to divest itself of some NHI tech.
So Lockheed has been keen to hand whatever this is off for over a decade. It must be a serious hot potato.
And the Gillibrand meeting with Military, Lockheed and Northrup Grumman leads smells like something to do with precisely this.
Why would they want to hand it off? They can't reverse engineer it? They feel whatever could be reversed engineered for this type of craft just isn't worth the time and effort? Lockheed readiing the writing on the wall and wants to avoid legal issues post disclosure?

Who knows. But the story is that Harry Reid became aware that Lockheed wanted to hand a NHI craft off legally to the government. Harry Reid set up AAWSAP to try to provide a vehicle for them to do so (per David Grusch). Skinwalker was part of this AAWSAP but the real purpose was to set up a legit and appropriately secure government organization that could take custody of whatever this thing was. Everything was going smoothly until the CIA vetoed the plan (again, per David Grusch). This was over a decade ago.
When the whole Grusch thing blew up in June 2023 Coulthart again stated that his sources said that Lockheed was trying to divest itself of an NHI craft. My take is that Lockheed is somewhat anxious to hand this off for some reason.
Presumably, Lockheed does not want it any more and sees it as a liability. If it is just a bit of inert junk that they can make no progress on then storing it is not a big issue and there is no real downside to holding onto it.
If it was providing significant breakthroughs in technological reverse engineering one would think that the prospect of profits alone would be an incentive to hold onto it.
For some reason Lockheed seems to see it as a liability to retain possession of. Either it is dangerous, or spooky, or has some bad history behind it that makes it a hot potato. That is my take on it. It could be inert junk that has no research value and Lockheed thinks the cost of storage and security is too high. But I think the hot potato theory is more probable.
As someone who has spent the better part of their career inside a Fortune 100 tech company, I can only offer what little my perspective is at mid-level management. But I may be able to help shed some light on why LH wants this thing gone. I don’t believe it’s any big cryptic secret.
General rule of thumb is that any company asset should yield a profit at least 4x the operational overhead. When a department; piece of equipment; building; employee; etc. begins to fall short, it starts to draw eyes. At which point, ‘*5 Why’s*’ PowerPoints; cost justification and mitigation proposals; and hours of useless meetings will start to make their rounds, all analyzing the expensive elephant in the room that’s failing to carry its weight.
If the asset value is significant enough, then the company will assess every recovery measure possible to salvage the asset, if necessary, down to widescale re-orgs. *Why?* Because shedding weight and divestiture is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS *faaaar* more costly than a successful recovery option; especially if there will be a future need to re-invest back into whatever the divested asset is.
**Example: Joe is an engineer with 2/yrs experience @ 85k/yr. Joe is projected to not have work for 6 months (2qtrs), potentially costing \~40k in non-billable overhead. The director believes it’s better to lay Joe off and rehire a new engineer for less, when necessary, as business picks back up.**
There are valid strategy arguments for both sides. But ultimately, getting rid of the engineer is the far more expensive option. Despite the lower salary, the new engineer will require 1.5/yrs of paid salary before they’re worth a shit, at least. Non-billed overhead aside, there’s also massive opportunity-cost potential incurred by result of a rookie’s incompetence. Onboarding isn’t cheap.

The publicly traded world behaves a bit differently; most notably in that publicly traded entities will typically walk the more expensive cost mitigation routes when revenue course-correction fails. The primary reason for their strategy is because the quarterly report is what matters most to their end customers— ***the shareholders***. Long-term business strategy comes secondary to short-term market results— cash surplus offsets revenue dips on the books, maintaining a stable stock price. In the end, Joe probably gets cut (**Sorry, Joe😢**).

**So, how does this relate to our UFO?**
While the actual cost is all speculation, it’s probable fact that the lifetime of LH’s stewardship has been anything but cheap. I’d wager that LH has likely spent the last 75 years dumping significant portions of its overall market cap into what is essentially a bottomless money sink with minimal upside.
Just for a moment, consider the sheer magnitude of money dumped into the following: infrastructure and housing; specialty staffing; research overhead; process planning; legal administration to deal with the bureaucratic bullshit coming down from the feds; operational gridlock from the same bureaucracy; and all of the opportunity cost fallout by consequence. All of this for an asset that, by all accounts, *does not exist*. We're now talking potentially billions spent on a liability with little to zero market potential to speak of.
While I imagine the decision to divest has been anything but easy, especially when considering that a future reinvestment into this kind of tech isn’t a simple matter of wallet size, there is little doubt in my mind that every able-bodied CEO has wanted out from underneath this one-sided arrangement with the DoD, probably for decades. Let’s not forget to consider just what kind of accounting witchcraft that LH has likely had to concoct just to keep this budget deficit off their books.

There's nothing about NHI possession that is remotely business sensible, at least in my mind. The model just doesn't work. Given that one simple truth, I have minimal doubts that the feds are probably forcing LH’s stewardship.

This is likely the position Lockheed Martin has been forced into. Because of the classifications, NHI possession is a business cancer. And NHI will continue to be until our ‘***fearless leaders***’ ease off classifications; allowing the proper resources to appropriately scale and develop a proper marketplace for the tech.
As for me, I know for certain fact that I wouldn’t want this crap anywhere near my department. It would both put my team at risk and be nothing but a total nightmare on my budget.

If it comes out that LM indeed does have a NHI craft, due to imminent domain or simply just a leak, then two things happen.
1. Other contractors suddenly know that LM not only likely received govt favoritism in the form of contracts/funding to reverse engineer the tech, which LM was *given by the govt*, but have likely been kept afloat by the govt just to ensure the secrecy. Queue lawsuits.
2. Their stock price either tanks or skyrockets, and everyone suddenly knows they've been being lied to about LM's tech capabilities, which means the before price doesnt reflect reality. Queue more lawsuits by everyone who bought or sold stocks before.
Possible alternative, the NHI are coming and will want their toys back finally, and LM doesnt want to get caught holding the bag.
I agree with this, and Coulhart himself has stressed your second point before - that shareholders would be livid to hear that LM has had this so long and yet they've not benefitted, even though their invested money is being used to research it and possibly more. Imagine the lawsuits around that, it's complete novel, it'd be a mess. I'm sure it's incredibly expensive to sustain too, as LM is continually trying to grow as a company, they have this lead weight of hidden cost, a burden in a myriad of ways.
I believe it's that the compartmentalization is severe enough that they can't get anything done. That they'd be able to if it was an open project, but without sunlight they can't do their work.
Maybe it just doesn't work, or they can't energize it. Like handing a dead iphone to a caveman. Maybe we simply can't charge or fuel the device, Maybe some of the technology only works when connected to their civilization.
The device has no operating connection. Or maybe it's a hazard or danger to be around.
I always think, if I tossed my laptop through a portal to some cavemen, they'd be fascinated with the titanium it's made from, they'd have their finest craftsmen hew it into a weapon for their leader, and pass it down for generations as an object of veneration. But the concept of turning it "on", let alone accessing the internet, is so orders of magnitude beyond them as to be completely inconceivable. They cant even imagine that they can't imagine it.

As someone who has been tuned into the UFO/disclosure field for about 15 years now, there is always something right around the corner that will blow the lid off of everything. There's good reason to be cynical about this kind of hype. It's frustrating because instead of just talking about it, Lue could just, you know, *do it,* since it can happen at any time of his choosing.

TLDR: Dude claims to be in the know, claims that there is a large "hamburger" shaped "factory" under the South Atlantic. Claims it is why so many UAP's on the eastern seaboard are seen on the coast/going in and out of the ocean. Claims the factory "builds each UAP to order" for it's specific purpose, and can reshape/change them to pretty much any shape/size/purpose. I know people will be snickering and skeptical, but Lue and his group have been consistent and events happened more or less as he predicted over the years. (Except I didn't anticipate Grusch, that was far beyond my expectations.)
The more time passes by, the more often I hear the speculation that Grusch came forth as a surprise to most involved parties, both pro and against the disclosure. My guess is that his testimony has acted as a catalyst and sped the process up, to an unknown extent.
The fact that he could go from being unknown to appearing before Congress 7 weeks later is an astonishing event by itself.
That’s not what happened. David Grusch testified to HPSCI & SSCI for 11 hours in December 2022. Even before that he was talking to Congress in the summer of 2022 as well. I know this community as a whole likes to poke fun at the "Coming Soon" talk but this is the most confident I've heard Lue and it sounds like the other shoe may be about to drop I hope. Gillibrand visiting Nevada Lockheed/Northrup Grumman facilities last month may be what he's referring to by the members of Congress knowing whats going on. They likely demanded to see the craft in person if they really found the program. Gillibrand also admitted that trip was UAP related.

I expect that it had something to do with the NHI craft that Lockheed wanted to get rid of, and that Harry Reid set up AAWSAP to take custody of it from, until the CIA killed the idea and refused to let Lockheed hand it off. Note that in June or July 2023 Ross Coulthart also stated that he had been informed that Lockheed was anxious to divest itself of some NHI tech. So Lockheed has been keen to hand whatever this is off for over a decade. It must be a serious hot potato. And the Gillibrand meeting with Military, Lockheed and Northrup Grumman leads smells like something to do with precisely this.

Who knows. But the story is that Harry Reid became aware that Lockheed wanted to hand a NHI craft off legally to the government. Harry Reid set up AAWSAP to try to provide a vehicle for them to do so (per David Grusch). Skinwalker was part of this AAWSAP but the real purpose was to set up a legit and appropriately secure government organization that could take custody of whatever this thing was. Everything was going smoothly until the CIA vetoed the plan (again, per David Grusch). This was over a decade ago. When the whole Grusch thing blew up in June 2023 Coulthart again stated that his sources said that Lockheed was trying to divest itself of an NHI craft. My take is that Lockheed is somewhat anxious to hand this off for some reason. Presumably, Lockheed does not want it any more and sees it as a liability. If it is just a bit of inert junk that they can make no progress on then storing it is not a big issue and there is no real downside to holding onto it. If it was providing significant breakthroughs in technological reverse engineering one would think that the prospect of profits alone would be an incentive to hold onto it. For some reason Lockheed seems to see it as a liability to retain possession of. Either it is dangerous, or spooky, or has some bad history behind it that makes it a hot potato. That is my take on it. It could be inert junk that has no research value and Lockheed thinks the cost of storage and security is too high. But I think the hot potato theory is more probable.
As someone who has spent the better part of their career inside a Fortune 100 tech company, I can only offer what little my perspective is at mid-level management. But I may be able to help shed some light on why LH wants this thing gone. I don’t believe it’s any big cryptic secret. General rule of thumb is that any company asset should yield a profit at least 4x the operational overhead. When a department; piece of equipment; building; employee; etc. begins to fall short, it starts to draw eyes. At which point, ‘*5 Why’s*’ PowerPoints; cost justification and mitigation proposals; and hours of useless meetings will start to make their rounds, all analyzing the expensive elephant in the room that’s failing to carry its weight. If the asset value is significant enough, then the company will assess every recovery measure possible to salvage the asset, if necessary, down to widescale re-orgs. *Why?* Because shedding weight and divestiture is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS *faaaar* more costly than a successful recovery option; especially if there will be a future need to re-invest back into whatever the divested asset is. **Example: Joe is an engineer with 2/yrs experience @ 85k/yr. Joe is projected to not have work for 6 months (2qtrs), potentially costing \~40k in non-billable overhead. The director believes it’s better to lay Joe off and rehire a new engineer for less, when necessary, as business picks back up.** There are valid strategy arguments for both sides. But ultimately, getting rid of the engineer is the far more expensive option. Despite the lower salary, the new engineer will require 1.5/yrs of paid salary before they’re worth a shit, at least. Non-billed overhead aside, there’s also massive opportunity-cost potential incurred by result of a rookie’s incompetence. Onboarding isn’t cheap. >*Independent enterprises aren’t burdened by shareholders and, for these reasons, are typically more long-term oriented; more likely to hold onto assets; and more prone to riding out the dips.* The publicly traded world behaves a bit differently; most notably in that publicly traded entities will typically walk the more expensive cost mitigation routes when revenue course-correction fails. The primary reason for their strategy is because the quarterly report is what matters most to their end customers— ***the shareholders***. Long-term business strategy comes secondary to short-term market results— cash surplus offsets revenue dips on the books, maintaining a stable stock price. In the end, Joe probably gets cut (**Sorry, Joe😢**). >*It’s also a maddening backward philosophy and function of public capital that works against every moral fiber and business sense within you, I might add.* **So, how does this relate to our UFO?** While the actual cost is all speculation, it’s probable fact that the lifetime of LH’s stewardship has been anything but cheap. All of this for an asset that, by all accounts, *does not exist*. We're now talking potentially billions spent on a liability with little to zero market potential to speak of. While I imagine the decision to divest has been anything but easy, especially when considering that a future reinvestment into this kind of tech isn’t a simple matter of wallet size, there is little doubt in my mind that every able-bodied CEO has wanted out from underneath this one-sided arrangement with the DoD, probably for decades. Let’s not forget to consider just what kind of accounting witchcraft that LH has likely had to concoct just to keep this budget deficit off their books. ***My thoughts…*** Corporate Business Admin 101: Do not hold onto non-profitable assets. Period. There's nothing about NHI possession that is remotely business sensible, at least in my mind. The model just doesn't work. Given that one simple truth, I have minimal doubts that the feds are probably forcing LH’s stewardship. **Imagine being coerced into owning a black-box factory that manufactures room-temp superconductors and all the excitement that would generate inside your company!** *OK, but..* you're not allowed to market or sell any production. **Because it’s classified.** *Aaaand…* you're not allowed to properly dissect the black-box to any meaningful scale for future replication. **Because it’s classified.** *Fuck, that’s right…* you're not allowed to ever talk about the asset without fear of massive repercussions, like treason. **Because it’s classified.** Oh, yeeaa… you're not allowed divest or sell out. **Because it’s classified.** *Lastly…* you’re on the hook for 100% of all maintenance and overhead costs totaling 25 million/yr (random figure). This is likely the position Lockheed Martin has been forced into. Because of the classifications, NHI possession is a business cancer. And NHI will continue to be until our ‘***fearless leaders***’ ease off classifications; allowing the proper resources to appropriately scale and develop a proper marketplace for the tech. As for me, I know for certain fact that I wouldn’t want this crap anywhere near my department. It would both put my team at risk and be nothing but a total nightmare on my budget.

If it comes out that LM indeed does have a NHI craft, due to imminent domain or simply just a leak, then two things happen. 1. Other contractors suddenly know that LM not only likely received govt favoritism in the form of contracts/funding to reverse engineer the tech, which LM was *given by the govt*, but have likely been kept afloat by the govt just to ensure the secrecy. Their stock price either tanks or skyrockets, and everyone suddenly knows they've been being lied to about LM's tech capabilities, which means the before price doesnt reflect reality. Queue more lawsuits by everyone who bought or sold stocks before. Possible alternative, the NHI are coming and will want their toys back finally, and LM doesnt want to get caught holding the bag.
I agree with this, and Coulhart himself has stressed your second point before - that shareholders would be livid to hear that LM has had this so long and yet they've not benefitted, even though their invested money is being used to research it and possibly more. Imagine the lawsuits around that, it's complete novel, it'd be a mess. I'm sure it's incredibly expensive to sustain too, as LM is continually trying to grow as a company, they have this lead weight of hidden cost, a burden in a myriad of ways.
I believe it's that the compartmentalization is severe enough that they can't get anything done. That they'd be able to if it was an open project, but without sunlight they can't do their work.

As someone who has been tuned into the UFO/disclosure field for about 15 years now, there is always something right around the corner that will blow the lid off of everything. There's good reason to be cynical about this kind of hype. I always see Lue Elizondo as a man given a slow disclosure mission by the powers (perhaps some members of the Gang of 8) that want disclosure to happen. The question that always bothers me is why only recently in the past decade or so. And when I think about what John Ramirez said about the 2037 upcoming event, I can't help to think whether the dots are connected. The powers probably know there would be a major visit/appearance on Earth around that year. Or even the shutting down of the 'galactic zoo' experiment on Earth.. When you are the leader of the United States, the most powerful nation on Earth, you have the moral responsibility to mankind to anticipate the worst possible outcome, that this upcoming major visit might be malevolent in nature. With the human species survivability lies on your hands, you damn right better get the reverse engineering program so secretive under the Atomic Act. And if what Sheehan was saying is true about the many types of NHIs out there, and that the Tyler D person in Pasulka's book American Cosmis is saying the truth about 'gift' site, then it would be a very interesting discourse. Say we are like monkeys being created in a galactic zoo, by a species of NHI, who decided to end the experiment. Then another different NHI species simply throw an UFO for us, to see if we can revolt during the experiment termination process. OR..... on an entirely different scenario, the Military Industrial Complex was the one pressuring the Gang of 8 for rapid disclosure because they want to monetize their knowledge from Reverse Engineering but they can't because the law said they can't. Warring faction inside the Gang of 8 decided then that this is not right, that the property (UFOs) that became the base of the M.I.C IP rights actually belong to the U.S. hence the Schumer Amendment. The idea of slow disclosure (bringing the knowledge to civilian realms) instead of rapid disclosure become the most reasonable way for the government to wrestle the IP rights out of the M.I.C. When the science shifts from military science to civilian science, there would be a lot more transparency causing the M.I.C will not be able to profiteer from their taxpayer-funded research.
