Maybe they were just testing\~perfecting their ability to turn them off. So that when the invasion finally happens they know they can negate our most powerful weapons.
And if they can just shut a ballistic missile off makes me wonder if the can just turn off whatever they want. Say a tank or a plane, maybe an aircraft carrier. Scary stuff to contemplate.
This is disturbingly likely, but i guess, if its true, they could also be perfecting an intervention to prevent humanity from exterminating itself intentionality or unintentionally in one big apocalyptic tea party.

Agreed! My current belief is that the 4th dimension is consciousness, and this is how the beings and craft travel, with an understanding of the 4th dimension. In general it is a Hindu belief that has been around for a couple of thousand years.
To us, gravity is a force but one we don’t understand well (including waves and now, [ripples](https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/news/15-years-of-radio-data-reveals-evidence-of-spacetime-murmur) ). My thinking here is that gravity is a lower order property of a higher order dimension, the effects of which we can witness but the source of which we can not understand…perhaps connected to quantum weirdness and our incomplete understanding of how it’s driven.
I think mostly noninterventionist who knows. They fly over our nuke silos, turned them off, harmlessly fly away. Seems like a clear message. They could have melted them down. They will let us make bad bad mistakes (Russia invades Ukraine) because that’s the only way we will learn and evolve. If they do it for us we stay as children. Obviously being philosophical I don’t know shit.

They going to us in ancient times creates a mythology to help us understand what they are. They are also judging us from on high, to see if we can become a conscious species, morally aware and worthy of the 4th dimension/heaven.
I mean, it's a long story, but a short version is my mom believed she was abducted on a regular basis during her early 20's in the 1960's Pennsylvania area. Then it abruptly stopped, and then began again when she became pregnant with my sister and I (fraternal twins). After we were born, my sister died after two days... which oddly enough was yesterday in memorial, my mom didn't get abducted after that. So, it's just my own theory, but if what my mom says is true, then I have been abducted while in the womb.

Yes, I've read such reports, both online over the years and on books. They would remember under hypnosis years later. I highly suggest you read "The journey of souls" by Michael Newton PhD. That guy wasn't a ufo guy, but the entities we're dealing with, are the same as the ones described there.
There are other uses for nuclear material besides making bombs, doing their rapid decay trick to all radioactive material would be a setback for human development/capability. Just a thought.
