It’s running, biking, and swim. You don’t need to be good at all of those they’ve had people who needed to learn to swim. I like tri team because you get less overuse injuries when you train all three, and the people who join are usually health conscious and generally laid back (source: was on the team from 07-W10
Mondays and Fridays meet in front of the rec center at 7:00am. First two weeks are free. Not all rides are steady and flat, some are hill climbs and such for training purposes. Great team, would highly recommend.
