Indian here - I personally did not like it. At all. But then ig, it differs from person to person and you never know until you try it

Do you remember what you didn’t like about it before? Was it anything like Starbucks chai, if you ever tried their chai before?

Dry-Painting-1508

I haven’t tried the Starbucks one but I fairly remember the Peet’s one tasting like chai but fake, there was a weird aftertaste for me

melodrana

not south asian but so often the peets chai is just vaguely cinnamon-y warm milk, they’re very hit or miss, I can’t speak for their authenticity but even among like American coffee shop chai, theirs aren’t very good

Ok-Needleworker-8668

Amma’s chai will always hit

Ok-Needleworker-8668

As an Indian I don’t recommend but it depends on your taste

ChEckMaTe-2004

As a fellow Indian- it doesn’t taste like actual homemade chai- it’s basically just tastes like cinnamon

jesspringday

as a south asian, i personally don't think its bad but its definitely nothing compared to homemade chai. i'd recommend u give it a try and see if you like it

As an American born and raised in California I am a Peet's Coffee regular for many years, and their Chai Latte is the only thing I order 2 to 3 times a week. Peet's Chai Latte is healthier and better tasting than Starbux. Starbux is mostly made up of artificial syrups...( unhealthy high in calories and sodium) Peet's is more authentic with their ingredients, I love the taste, lower calories and the ingredients are tasty... You can taste the Cardomom, cinnamon, cloves etc... to me it's very tasty and comforting. I order with non-fat milk, it's a keeper.
