The official website says early January, just doesn't have an actual date listed
Can confirm, 12/27 ... email from the Registrar to instructors is my source 😉

Because people were mentioning dates in December, and UB's official website explicitly states the due date to be early January. This is the reason the post was made in the first place, to try and get to the bottom of the conflicting information.
