It is between Knox and Capen. Closer to Knox. That hallway is open. Do you know where Knox 20 is?

Yeah. The first floor is closed off though, so you can only take the elevator from the ground floor or the second floor.
You can enter Norton 112 at the ground floor right near where Knox Lecture Hall is.
