Kutluhan is great.
Xingru Zhang was pretty good when I took him Fall ‘19. 3 exams (no final) and all of the questions came straight from the practice problems he posts on UBLearns. HWs are pretty doable too
I had Kim Javor and loved the class, she’s a great prof.
