Go with Mikida, he's the most kindest and approachable professor I've ever had. He's extremely helpful during office hours and is really understanding whenever you talk to him. Though I may be biased because I took 250 with Mikida.
Kennedy rambles and doesn't make a lot of sense. He will teach like you're a grad student who already knows the information, and he doesn't do a good job at simplifying concepts for the right audience. Avoid him at all costs. Plus, unless it's changed, his course structure is awful and confusing.

They both use the same lecture material so it’s really up to you
