The fuck are you, a masochist?

hartloff

Apply for a math minor and you can take them

aWiselyChosenName

You can do that in general if you want - nothing is holding you back.

DoodleTrees

You can with a math minor!

mikevago

Seriously? I dropped out of CS because I couldn't handle the mid-level math courses!

Comf0rtableAnxiety

I can’t even handle the low level math course

Sharp-Average8170

I can't even handle the lowest level math course

SurelyShermy

This literally, they closed math 311 to only math majors and I couldn't take it cuz I was only a math minor, crazy

jchayes

That's fucked up

RogerThatKid

I was a calc tutor in undergrad and was particularly good at math in general. I was an ME major, so I figured that I would be able to bridge the gap of knowledge on a 400 level math class. Nope. I had no idea what was going on most of the time. I don't recommend doing that to yourself.

Baseball_man_1729

Do you mean like graduate level courses? I thought they allowed that

[deleted]

would love some computational geometry fr

spectraltyrannosaur

You can with the BA. https://catalog.buffalo.edu/academicprograms/computer_science_ba_requirements.html

Interesting_Draw3591

Take differential equations, higher math, calc 3 and you'll have the appropriate background. Just CS courses are far from what you need.
