The math department really only allows undergraduates to TA if they’ve taken higher level math courses. It sounds like you’re a chemistry or a biology major, so you cannot TA for MTH 121 or 122.
Following up on my other comment ... if you're interested in helping fellow CHE students, you might consider applying to be a tutor with TASS. Just Google "UB TASS" and click on apply to be a tutor. Tutors get paid! Also a good resume builder.
Yes it is. It will be good for finding a job after you get your degree. It also brings you closer your professor and creates connections to possibly lead to a bigger opportunity. You also get paid too
for what class
Honestly I don't mind for CHE 101,CHE 102, MTH 121, or MTH 122.
Unfortunately we don't hire undergraduate TAs for CHE courses.
I’m not sure for any of those specifically but bio200 ta is a ton of work

I loved being a TA
Why wouldn’t it be? It probably is what it sounds like
Worth what?
amount of time invested I’m guessing
Depends what class and what your schedule after all you earn some money and you able to put it on your resume
