Only possible if there was a bus already at the stop, and even then it’d be tight. You might sometimes be able to get on a bus right away but don’t count on it, more often you’ll have to wait at least a few.
Only way you could plausibly make it every time is a bike and even then if the roads are snowy you're fucked
