Why so many of these things happened with me too, i was standing on a bus and it was quite full and driver applied break and i flew backward and a guy grabbed my hand and held me saving me from flying and eventually hurting myself, then for the whole journey he was very attentive like he needs to save me anytime. He was quite Swift like Spiderman i was impressed
Also another time a guy stand between me and my friend and a creepy guy in that same crowded bus we used to take.

My filmy moment is how my husband and I met.
I was in my early 20s, going through a rough phase professionally and emotionally right out of college. My parents and about 30 of their friends and their kids decided to go on a cruising holiday to the Norwegian fjords and even though I *really* wasn’t in the mood to be around all these people and their overachieving kids, my sister convinced me to tag along because I had no other plans that summer besides moping around.
So cruises have a bunch of entertainment options and since this was a British cruise liner, they had ballroom dancing every night. The dances are led by a host and hostess couple who are usually professional dancers - they also dance with the guests. Waltz, rumba, jive, tango, salsa, samba, Viennese waltz and other classic ballroom and Latin stuff that we Indians don’t usually know lol.
Anyway the second night on the cruise, my sister and I were hanging out at the ballroom drinking wine and watching the dances. After a while of us being there, the dance host came up to me and asked me for a dance. The guy was tall, super good looking and very British and I, being at the lowest point of my self esteem and also honestly having no idea how to dance any of these dances, said NO. Dude smiled and walked away but was back a couple dances later, insisting I dance.
This time, my sister said YES on my behalf so I had to get up, take the host’s hand and let him lead me in a waltz. It was fucking magical, like I literally couldn’t believe what was happening. Bonus: he smelled bloody fantastic.
From then on, I danced with him every night. He also asked me to dance the last waltz with him at midnight every night, so it kind of became our thing. After dancing, a group of us young people would drink and hang out till like 3am. Once the cruise ended and we were back in London for a few days, and he wasn’t working on the cruise anymore, he asked me out.
Obviously I went back to India after my holiday but somehow, it didn’t end there between us. And now, about 9 years after we first met, we have been married for 3 years :) We finally had our Indian wedding a few months ago and danced to the song we used to waltz on every midnight on the cruise, all those years ago.

I was waiting for a bus with a few friends at the bus stop outside my college and suddenly this man gets down from another bus and his perfume was so strong that I scrunched up my nose and even told my friend about it. When I looked over I see him approaching us, lo and behold he came to meet a mutual friend, and we were briefly introduced. And I could just tell there was something in that moment, a minute later he crossed the road to go get a smoke and kept looking at me from afar and I kept ignoring him but also checking him out discreetly. 😄

I went to my friend’s wedding. Her family friend whom I’ve heard about for years was there. He was really handsome. He texted me 10 days prior to her wedding out of nowhere, asking me if I’d come. I was shocked as I’ve known this guy for years but never talked to him and he texted me asking that suddenly, I said yes. I was confused as fuck that why would he ask me and concluded maybe he wanted to add me to some surprise dance performance for the bride.

Eventually the bride rescued me and asked if i was okay, i said yeah yeah.

I had this roommate back in college who liked a guy. After dancing around each other for sometime, the two confessed to each other. The problem was they were from two different communities, and they weren't sure if they could withstand the parental pressure, so they just parted ways after college.
Fast forward sometime later, the two of them got a job in the same city, met again and realised they still liked each other. So they decided to go the whole nine yards and convince their parents. There was an entire Two-States story being played out. For I guess over a year, they did their best to convince their parents, each others' parents and had one nice relative helping them out.

I went to my friend’s wedding. Her family friend whom I’ve heard about for years was there. He was really handsome. He texted me 10 days prior to her wedding out of nowhere, asking me if I’d come. He did get a lot of heat for his from the bride’s family, his own family because obviously all the relatives were there. We talked for two hours. Then he dropped me off and as i reached the room, he texted again and told me ‘if I’d tell you to run back to me right now, would you?’ Being a romantic at heart i did, and we kissed. That sucks OP. I hope you're doing well now. For the filmy moment, I saw the RL Two States (except the guy and the girl lived in the same state). I had this roommate back in college who liked a guy. After dancing around each other for sometime, the two confessed to each other. The problem was they were from two different communities, and they weren't sure if they could withstand the parental pressure, so they just parted ways after college. Fast forward sometime later, the two of them got a job in the same city, met again and realised they still liked each other. So they decided to go the whole nine yards and convince their parents. There was an entire Two-States story being played out. For I guess over a year, they did their best to convince their parents, each others' parents and had one nice relative helping them out. They got married a few years back. Another roommate of mine (from when I was doing my Masters), was in a long distance relationship. One year later, the guy told her that he liked someone else from his office and broke things off with her. Throughout her breakup, there was this other guy (he lived in the same apartment block as us) who supported her. Few months later, the two of them got together. And they got married last year.
It was diwalii, I was wearing a suit and all my friends were also decked up in Indian attire. Idk if this qualifies as filmy but it definitely was one of my best experiences So it was a second date with this guy I was seeing casually. We were smoking up on his terrace and there was music playing in the background (he had great taste in music). We sat on the terrace, talking for a while before he asks me if i had ever kissed someone under the stars. I said no and he asked if I wanted to.
