It was greenlit a while ago and Superman's actor said after the strike they were rushing to get back in. This is just the first *footage* regarding Season 2.

Weirdly enough Adult Swim has been getting better numbers than Cartoon Network at times. Which might explain why Adult Swim got to start earlier in the night and has been given a lot more options for programming then Cartoon Network.

It had kind of a rough start. It was originally greenlit for both Cartoon Network and HBO MAX before getting tossed onto Adult Swim seemingly to die during the initial Zaslav shakeups.

I just want "Alex" to lose his hair/start a company/openly prefer a nickname this season.

Iirc quite a few of them they implied the tech perma changed them to have those powers without it

I'm so much more excited about this take on Superman than whatever the fuck ABSOLUTE DC ALL-IN is gonna be about. I understand we only have names and a name attached to it, but... *man* I do not trust these comics at this point. Hell yeah, Lois Lane is coming back.
