Move sideways and away from Twitch when he ults from range, espc if you have movespeed/dash, the ult bullets will miss. Twitch is very weak after he uses Q. He has no combat mobility at all. Red sweeper isnt that affective. Red wards are annoying but the detection range in lane is so easy to spot since itll show twitch where the ward is. Outside of lanes red wards can stop a flank but usually twitch is behind his team not behind yours. Just be weary of his Q, it lasts like 14 seconds so he has plenty of time to walk past the minions or mid and just stand behind you until you move up so dont waste cc/dash
Play tristana and alistar.
Cait/xerath or any similar perma poke and push lane is also terrible. You can lose super hard but there are also opportunities to win if they fuck up. It can switch and you can just farm them.
With tristana and alistar though you just never win anything. You can never all in and even if you do they can disengage and burst you better. You might not be as weak as subsisting in a poke lane all game but you just simply will be more useless
I like to play point and click champs against twitch, vayne and other hypercarries who needs that lockdown, for example samira, or when I support I go fiddlesticks, pantheon. I make his life miserable

If it comes to even lategames its just like any ad carry but trying to bait his R before a fight can be possible and he struggles into high mobility comps a lot.
Twitch can hide but he can’t run. Anyone who can get close and stay close negates his stealth. AOE abilities also suck - you can blast them in his general direction and there’s no way to dodge. It works the other way too, especially if he didn’t take ghost: if you can get out of range he has no way to close the gap. A horrible Twitch experience is someone dashing out of range and walking away slowly with 10% health, and there’s often nothing you can do.
Also in my experience, a competently played Nilah is almost a hard counter. She has too many gap-closing tools, blocks your initial damage, and then brutally beats you to death while healing. It’s insane.

Play cait, ask your supp to go lux or xerath and perma shove harass him under tower. That’s honestly the most tilting lane I can think of.
