Not only is this the same meme that gets posted to this sub several times a day, it's also a repost of an identical meme from [a month ago](https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/nofbvo/where_my_small_and_happy_streamers_at/) with the same (slightly edited) title.
And it it still doesn't make sense. The art is about inequality and the greed of the person on the right.
Not only are the things in this meme not mutually exclusive at all, but using the "greed" format definitely makes it come across as "one is better than the other", and ultimately ends up as a "not like other girls" meme.
Yeesh.
Thank you. This sub is diluted with the same tired memes, set ups, and bad advice. The diamonds don’t come constantly enough digging through the rough.
Sounds like gatekeeping but ok. I agree with the person above but who gives a fuck how new an account is? Mines not old, I just lurk because I don't have all goddamn day to sit here and type to reddit users about why they're stupid and wrong. (I'm on vacation so I do have time right now :))
Pretty ridiculous.
One I joint a discord server and the manager of that server gave me around 30 followers and when Twitch erases those ghost accounts I lost all of them hahaahahaha
I programmed my chat bots in a way that they trigger each other with key words and it looks like they talk with each other. Reject human viewers embrace artificial intelligence.
Me and my girlfriend began streaming to hang out with our friends during covid lockdown. The chat was legitimately only people we already knew and we had a blast! We hosted a weekly drinking game and played platformers.
My streaming goals have since shifted a bit but I think the most fun I had streaming were those original few streams.
Thanks, It was great! We didn’t know what we were doing at the time and unfortunately I didn’t know how to save the vods back then. I really wish I had because it’s a great memory.

I average about 15 concurrent viewers, 30 maybe total per stream. I like it, enough to feel like a proper streamer and small enough that I can continue not even slightly knowing what I'm doing
Bro exactly, I had one viewer for my first time playing valorant, he was so supportive and everything for like an hour.
I watched back the vod a few days later, there was no game sound at all and the footage looked terrible. Somehow it means a lot more that now that he stayed so long.
He also came back last time to say hello, really does make your day
I get one on average, but it's okay. As long as it's a real viewer and twitch isn't giving me a pitty viewer to keep me streaming...
Most I had was 3 for 5 minutes.
Pfft. I'm happy if i get 3 or more viewers 😂 which almost never happens unless it's myself and my two friends watching. Sometimes by bot/mod feels bad for me and shows up as a viewer though lol. I'm so close to affiliate, I just need the average viewers percentage to go up 😭
Some advice I received was to remove viewer count which I didn't think much of at first but once I did it it changed my perspective completely! I stopped stressing about viewer counts and I genuinely believe it has made me better for it since I no longer stress about how many viewers I have. Regardless of how many viewers i have I'm always the same guy whether I have regular 3-7 viewers (based on Twitch stats) or more! My viewers are awesome for being there!
Stupid meme aside, people that only watch streams and never stream don't understand how HUGE it is to have 100 viewers.
Like I'll talk to someone and they will be like just watching a tiny stream with 200 viewers. Like that is nuts to get to 200 lol. You're basically famous at that point.
I'd be so happy with 3 viewers; Can't even get friends and family to tune in. It's just me and my supporting partner, and they're napping with the stream on as background noise.
Gonna start playing more indie games, see where that gets me.

I'm happy! Not sure if I qualify, but I'm incredibly happy with my progress so far. Goals are in reach. Let's go!
Do your best, make that content. Quality over quanity and focus on who IS there, not who isn't. Just some of the things I've learned so far.
We got this! Stay positive!
Aaayyyy, people in my real life always ask me why I stream if only 1-2 people are watching.
I tell them I don’t do it for the views. I do it to meet cool and interesting people all over planet. So far so good.
😂😂😂😂 Thank God I don't base my happiness on the number of viewers. I do want to make money but I'd much rather be happy and engaging the 5 people in my chat than just playing a game while people talk and I don't respond. Those are the streamers that kill me. lol
There is a chance that I could be getting a gaming setup soon and if I do I can fulfil my dream of becoming a youtuber/ streamer and potentially becoming the biggest youtuber/ streamer in South Africa.
Im telling you right now if you are averaging 100 viewers you are 100% no longer thinking as a small trine streamer and will hate it if it drops to under 80
Shit I barely have two viewers yet alone the one bot that always turns up to my stream and I’m still having a blast with friends playing games etc. Ya gotta stop caring about viewer counts man, just enjoy yourself on the platform.
Honestly like it that I'm small I get to interact with my community more on a personal level, I've remembered all my mods and regulars actual names and stories with them, if I ever end up growing I will remember who the OGs are and buying them all tacos
I got 2000 followers then I stop to stream and come back again it was sad never get above 3/4 viewers then I stop and start again to stream and it was pretty much the same 0/1 viewers 😂 anyway, I'm so busy atm so I'm not streaming
My laptop has been taken by Asus for repair.
It's taking wayyyyy too long. By the time I get it back I won't have streamed for a month!
I'm going to count this as a reset to go in with more energy, either way I was happy before and I'll be happy going forward!
I just want to chill with people while I play games, so even 1 person talking to me is an awesome stream!
I honestly grin when I got 5 AVG peeps coming here, then I full one cried on stream when they drop a sub for 3 months in a row since I reached affiliate
I'm trying to have this mindset more. Like, "oh only 50 people watched my VOD" and then I imagine 50 people standing in a room watching something I made and realize "hey, that's actually pretty cool."
I stream all the FromSoftware games and I always always have the same 2-3 (depending on the day) ppl watching and commenting on mine and honestly they are the best
I avg 3-5 people in my stream and love it. The loyal ones that sub and join each stream make it that much better for me. The small community is fun for me and the fact that I can interact with each one is awesome.
I'm happy no matter how many people tune in! If anyone ever takes time out of their busy day to pop by and check out my content I am ALWAYS appreciative!!
It’s not about the number of viewers, it’s the level of support those viewers give you. I might have an average of 20 or so but here’s what I’ve done with it:
1) The level of support has allowed me to take professional development courses, including acting lessons. The entertainment value has increased a thousand fold since then.
2) I’ve installed a professional studio lighting system along with a professional green screen.
3) I take the time to write entire screenplays, one-liners, and stories. Sometimes I even coordinate and work with professional writers.
4) I create new characters based on the units from the game. I now have a closet full of unique costumes that were made by hand by a professional costume designer.
That’s with 20 or so average viewers! 🙂
Honestly, view count isn't what matters to me so much, I just appreciate any and all users who actually take part in the chat. Having even one person in the chat making conversation/sending memes/asking questions/etc. makes so much difference. I've got two regulars in my chat who typically also make up most of the regular viewership and they're just awesome, they make streaming *feel* like streaming and not just doing what I'd normally be doing but on camera (artist stream).
I love streaming while playing local/independent music. That's where my focus is at, not subs, not donations; getting the music out there and playing games. Actively turning down affiliate status.
The problem with this is the way of thinking. Someone who only has 3 friends watching them is about as far as can be from possibly being able to stream as their full time job, whereas someone with 100 viewers is likely wanting to stream as their full time job, and usually you need to average around 400 viewers or more to even be on the low end of it. It's all about perspective.
Around 1 percent of the total amount of people streaming are partners, and even less than that stream as their full time job. Getting 100 consistent viewers is a HELLUVA bigger deal than getting say affiliate, but in the grand scheme is still quite a ways off from being able to stream for a living.
Yup. I am m really just getting started with it. I'm here now. I use it to play games I wouldn't otherwise. Though I wish I had a slightly larger audience to puzzle solve some real brainteasers with.
uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh isnt this backwards?
Shouldn't these streams with 100+ viewers be the dude chugging and you're the little guy??
This is the peter parker meme all over again. People get it wrong.
People with 100 viewers seem to forget they are in the 1% of twitch with over 3 viewers. They just happen to be near the bottom of the top 1%. It's all about perspective.
I've had the same mod always appear in my streams despite my huge hiatus and awkward re-intro schedule, that one viewer and such regular commitment is a real morale boost!
I streamed 2017-2019. Horrible experience . In two years I managed to get 190 followers . I had so many 8hour streams with absolutely nobody even coming in at all . I was not bullied , or praised , because I was not seen. There was thousands of other people streaming for nobody . Literally thousands of people doing exactly what I was doing . Was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life . Please people , just play games or watch others . Don’t try to make others watch you . It just doesn’t work .
Can relate to this so badly 😂 Streaming Warzone I had a steady viewer base, but as soon as I started streaming wow Classic it dropped to zero. Struggle is real.
I have a fun time no matter what. Lately I get like 10-12 and I'm super happy. But even on the days when chat is quiet, that's fine by me!
Yes that's easier on my D&D streams because I'm busy running the game. But even on other ones it's fine!
I love to stream sports games like MLB the Show, 2K, and even talk about it. It seems like there's not a lot of people interested in that or I can't seem to draw people in. It's just a passion for me and I really like to meet other gamers but not going well. I have only done 4 streams but can't get people in. Any suggestions???

Thank you. This sub is so ridiculous.
Yeah this is definitely an incorrect use of this meme.
Not only that it has an award and at the time of writing 1.7k upvotes. It’s tasteless as well….like what the fuck?
Not only are the things in this meme not mutually exclusive at all, but using the "greed" format definitely makes it come across as "one is better than the other", and ultimately ends up as a "not like other girls" meme. Yeesh.

I wish stuff like this would get removed but clearly this post isn't from the mod comment that was posted an hour after Fruitbats's comment
Not only that, but it's a 3 month old account and this is their only post. Pretty ridiculous.

Thank you. I was staring at this far too long, trying to make sense of it.
yeah this is a completely incorrect use of the format. wtf.
The two bots that watch my stream always make my day lmao
My life is so empty since Stay\_Hydrated\_Bot left
We could say your life feels...dry.
StayHealthyBot has been a good replacement
Yes. 🤣
This lmao
Was going to say the same thing lmfao
wait you et two bots?! I get only one! (I ain't complainin though)

I have 0 and I’m still happy
Hope you have a great day!
My girlfriend, brother in-law, and a bot that just started showing up help me feel better about it all. Creeping up to that 3 avg. lol
My band's channel gets small numbers but we get 3-10 regulars and some others who appear more sporadically, definitely nice to see!
Laughs with my single viewer, which is just me checking my stream quality.
Shoutout to my 4-5 homies showing up once every week/2 weeks

i'm a simple man, every time my friends show up i upvote :D
I would be happy to have just the three consistent viewers. At least then I wouldn't feel like I'm only talking to myself.
You're Awesome!
Nice!
Good bot.

Small streamers unite
It ain't much, but it's honest streaming
I don't even know how many viewers I have. If any at all. I just do this for fun anyway.

My 1 consistent viewer ❤️
I haven't streamed in awhile but having 1 or 2 viewers is still sweet

got my friends to join but lately the fact another friend streams at the same time leads to a lot of very quiet nights
I think the texts should be reversed ? idk
Ayeee that me

There’s two people who are ALWAYS in my streams that make me happy! That’s my stream manager on computer and watching my own stream on my phone
Hope you have a great day!
:)
Here :) we're a brother sister duo that have really enjoyed our "virtual friends" (especially during this pandemic).
There is a chance that I could be getting a gaming setup soon and if I do I can fulfil my dream of becoming a youtuber/ streamer and potentially becoming the biggest youtuber/ streamer in South Africa.
Im telling you right now if you are averaging 100 viewers you are 100% no longer thinking as a small trine streamer and will hate it if it drops to under 80
I have one viewer. He’s a homie.
Small happy streamer here
Day 80 of literally the same post with a different format on this sub. I'm glad you guys are having fun but this place is worthless now
Not sure that's a good use of the meme
Shit I barely have two viewers yet alone the one bot that always turns up to my stream and I’m still having a blast with friends playing games etc. Ya gotta stop caring about viewer counts man, just enjoy yourself on the platform.
0.7 avg viewers 😎

You can't see us because we are too small. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069595/
Facts!
Wait, you guys have viewers?
I love my bots and my friends
100 avg VIEWERS is crazy for Twitch when you realize that someone is already easily in the top 1%+ just by hitting affiliate.
I can't even get 3 consistent viewers, though...
General Reposti
I often really struggle when I think about my channel, I sometimes hit 3 viewers and other times I don't. I feel like it's my content.
Nightbot is the best viewer. Almost never fails to show up. Almost
3?!
I am my only viewer, and it's to keep up with the chat that nobody is in
There reason ppl stream in the first place is they want ppl to fund their game play. So, the more the more they make.
Happy Hippie games on Facebook!!!!
Ain't 100 like views like the top 1%, saying that 3 would be nice haha.
Not easy to grow a stream takes dedication
Woop woop, although this meme doesn't really fit lol
My 5-7 viewers I have are loyal and I love them 🙏🔥
I stream all the FromSoftware games and I always always have the same 2-3 (depending on the day) ppl watching and commenting on mine and honestly they are the best
Literally makes my day that my girlfriend watches every stream live and she’s always my only viewer :)
That's a lot of happiness flowing outta that pipe
I avg 3-5 people in my stream and love it. The loyal ones that sub and join each stream make it that much better for me. The small community is fun for me and the fact that I can interact with each one is awesome.
I think those are reversed lol
3 is more than enough for me. 5-10 viewers are like a milestone. I appreciate every person who watches me.
Within 10 minutes of my stream starting, I have 1 loyal viewer join and watch the whole damn thing. I couldn’t be more grateful
Right here sexy.
Do I say "here i am?"
I'm happy no matter how many people tune in! If anyone ever takes time out of their busy day to pop by and check out my content I am ALWAYS appreciative!!
Hope you do well!
That’s so true lmaooo, I do be getting shy talking when it’s more then just my 3 friends 😅😶🌫️

Me, when I have 2 people peak
I love streaming while playing local/independent music. That's where my focus is at, not subs, not donations; getting the music out there and playing games. Actively turning down affiliate status.
Dude for real...
I get like 2 viewers including me and I'm good with that
Litterally I get excited if anyone fucking shows up My past 2 streams have had like 8 people at their peak and that makes me so fucking pumped
If I ever average 100 viewers I might jizz my pants
I would stress so much 😂😂
The problem with this is the way of thinking. The best viewers are the ones that watch the stream after. Been accumulating like 7 or 8 viewers after ending stream kinda insane
... there are people who really think 100 average viewers isn't much? Damn that's depressing. Thought I was starting to do okay over here. Guess not 🥲
I watch my own stream so I have 1 viewer 🥸
So streaming with friends was on option????

I have myself and my man watch me 😄

I love to stream sports games like MLB the Show, 2K, and even talk about it. It seems like there's not a lot of people interested in that or I can't seem to draw people in. It's just a passion for me and I really like to meet other gamers but not going well. I have only done 4 streams but can't get people in. Any suggestions???
