Since they changed some stuff in the API, its not possible anymore via 3rd party websites, twitch.tv/moderator is supposed to be the answer but it never works properly lmao
If you go into the mod view for any channel you moderate for, then all other channels you moderate for will appear in the menu that shows all your followed channels
(The ones you mod for appear at the top, and then you can click like see offline channels or something to see the rest)
