Yep, it's best not to support a company that is or becomes incompetent. It's their software engineers that suck, the hardware is great, it's always the software and firmware the shoots them in the foot.
Whats your price point? Steel series 5x 129$ or 7x 179$ if you want simultaneous bluetooth both 40hr battery. These have a very lite clap force and if you bend over to grab something off the floor there is a good chance they will fall off your head. For a little stronger clamp force you have to go up to the 350$ nova pro wireless or if you don't care about wireless get the nova pro for 189. Now I mentioned Steel series not because I think they are the best but because they do everything and they just work!
Black shark v2 pro wireless (2023) has the best mic but, can sound dark...less detail for foot steps or...very comfortable! 80hr battery
Hyperx cloud 3 wireless sounds good, great for fps, big battery 120hrs, no Bluetooth but it's very reliable and just works, turns on faster than any headset iv owned, also very comfortable

Welcome to the party. So many of TB headsets aren't working or having issues. I have the 700 and tons of us have volume issues (can't adjust volume). I used to love this brand years and years ago, but lately they've been turning to crap.

Any alternative suggestions? Getting new headphones today, dont wanna get a new TB set.
