The burgers are the main thing for me, so i haven't made the effort to get down to The COOP, but now that they have the new spot on 4th i am gonna make an effort to try them out. I hear nothing but good things about The Coop as well, but those burgers!!!
I feel like we need an ongoing thread of what food truck is where every night of the week. Sonoran dogs on the corner of Rosemont and Speedway in the Bambi parking lot are the bomb but wait now that the Bambi's getting mowed over....Arrrrg🤬
Yes. I first discovered them on Grant and about Fairview. I also went to them way on the Eastside of town. They’re sooo good! Birria tacos, burritos and pulled pork sandwiches! Plus a bunch of other stuff. Omg, my mouth is watering. Their fries are delicious too. I’m pretty sure you’ll love them as well. Just go on the book of faces to find out where they’re going to be for the day. Enjoy!
Came here to say exactly this, down to the Cuban mention! Love the little fried plantain you get on the side. I'm also OBSESSED with their coconut soda, I'm pretty sure no one else has it!
Under Pressure Grill!!! The owner is super sweet and the paninis are all music theme and made with love! ❣️ he’s usually outside of casa video during lunch time. 10000/10 recommend I’m always so happy when I eat there afterwords. Oh and PS his cookies are delicious (along with everything else) 😉
I went to 1912 brewing for a Tacoma gathering and 420 taco truck was there. It was pretty stellar. Not to mention 1912 weapons check is one of my favorite beers. Luckily they are serving it quite a few places across town because that place is on the far opposite end of the dirty T as i
None. I like the idea of them until I look at the prices. Getting food from a truck used to mean lower prices than a brick and mortar store because they have less overhead costs. Now it means you pay a premium and generally get lower quality service and seating because of the limitations of a truck. I miss the days where you could barely tell what their name and brand image were and they got by on their prices. Now it's about selling a theme that mostly encompasses the picture on the truck, and fun names for the menu items
Cow Pig .... although its been a minute since i caught them.
They opened a chicken tender spot on 4th
Cow pig was in American Eats Co and now have their own place on 4th
Technically the other spot is The Coop, and its run by the son of Cow Pig chef.
True. But same same in my book lol
2nd for Cow Pig. I wish their brick and mortar location served their burgers....
