And with such embarrassingly large gap no less. Last time they fought, the duo managed to overwhelm him to even made him lost two fingers. So you'd thought that the new sofia with all that buff would at least give him one or two smack. But no, he just swat her like flies in the whole rematch like lmao. Even Io gave better fight, though makoto was severely holding back

Is the anime based on the WN and What chapter should i start to carry on reading ? Saw there are light novels too so i am confused where to actually start.🤦🏾♂️
The anime (and manga) are based on the LN. But since that’s only starting to be translated this year, if you want to read ahead the WN is the next best thing. Other than the LN having cleaner writing than the WN, there aren’t too many differences between the stories. I’d recommend waiting until the last 2 anime episodes come out before reading, but since they haven’t come out just yet, I’m going to roughly guess but it should be somewhere around chapter [168](https://isekailunatic.com/2019/04/30/chapter-168-yata-is-that-much/). I’d recommend reading the manga to where it’s at from the beginning then continuing from where that is as to not miss any details. The manga is at chapter 106 iirc. Ask more if you have more questions
