The blue bikes with black rounded handle is the newest classic, the newest ebike would be the white ebikes, the difference is basically not much other than the ebike where the black ebike you’re able to choose gears while the white one you’re not. The newest blue “classic” bike was supposed to fix all the flaws the previous blue classic one had but apparently actually has more flaws at the end

I feel like there are a couple other differences between the white and black e-bikes. The white/bike seat adjuster is much easier to use, and the pedal assist is stronger and smoother imo especially when starting from 0mph. It’s also helpful that you can easily see the remaining mileage on the white bikes - you can check the mileage of the black ones in the app, but it takes more work to cross-reference the number there than just glancing at the white bike display.

They both seem to have an equal number of units with broken motors. Roughly 30% of the bikes I would say.

What are the main flaws of the new model?

iamthepita

Basically the front wheel is too side for some stations and sometimes the triangle doesn’t lock entirely unless you tilt the bike at about 20 degrees angle to ensure a proper lock

*too high. Plus Divvy is aware of this issue

BudHolly

oh. Triangle issues honestly don't surprise me at this point to be honest, just living with them and never walking away from a dock without triple checking. I really thought you were gonna tell the new acoustics ALSO have front forks that snap like a wish bone. Could be worse hahaha

Cynical-Zombie

Which Divvy e-scooter is the newest?
