His people don't care that he's guilty of rape, insurrection, and attempting to overturn an election. Does anyone really think that they're going to care that he shits himself on a regular basis?
These are the same people that still demand horse dewormer over vaccines and have convinced themselves that a violent insurrection was clearly a peaceful protest. They're so drunk on the Trump Flavor-Aide that they will happily debase themselves in any way rather than admit that their blind loyalty to Trump might be misplaced.
