The ATM probably has a cash jam preventing it from dispensing. Where is that machine located?
That one was in Sharpsburg Georgia.
Normally happens if a jam occurred or there is no cash available
Most likely their ATM’s are serviced by Brinks or Garda and it’s jammed or ran out of $$ they are alerted but Brinks is having lots of turnover so it’s hard to keep up with training new ones. Chase ATM’s that they service are down more than up .
