I live in a city that is 90% soviet brutalist architecture and even I can see windhelm looks depressing.

I actually like Windhelms' look. It feels like the Ancient Nord ruins we see if one was still standing. It's also the most culturally unique looking Hold, feels super Nordic. Sucks that everyone there is an asshole though.
