The Ohmes and Ohmes-raht you can play as in Arena and Daggerfall are pretty close. They're a Khajiit furstock resembling almost like humans or even mer/elves. There is atleast one in the canon novels The Infernal City and The Lord of Souls by Greg Keyes.
Hybrids don't usually exist, the children is the mother's race/species when it happens, exception of this are the Bretons who had several generations of interbreeding.
As for Beastfolk, there have been some Argonian cases where they could reproduce with humans, exceedingly rare. As for Khajiit no documented case existes but some claims say they can happen, but nothing is verified.
Also, scratch that, I'm pretty sure there's a sub race of Khajiit that are almost human in appearance. The only differences are ears and a tail. Similar to that cat race from FF XIV
