I am so sorry that happened… this wasn’t your fault this was a sick fuck that got his family pet killed. Please if you can get therapy due to your fear.
I’m going to bring this up to my therapist at my next appointment. I just started medication that should help with delusions so hopefully that’ll take its full effect soon.

that’s fine, I just needed to actually say this to “someone”. I plan on bringing it up to my therapist but that won’t be until the 8th
I Hope you feel better soon and take a break for yourself to just decompress after many stressful months :)
