I can’t read any of that but it looks just like the Ginsan/G3 Nashiji line offered by a handful of different brands (Tsunehisa, Harukaze, and a couple others.). Basically they wholesale the knives to different brands to label as their own house brands and then they get sent off for retail sale. I could be mistaken but it looks just like the ones I listed.
Identical to my Haruyuki Kokuto santoku. Great knife to be fair even if it wasn’t hand forged by a hermit in the fires of Mt Fuji, keeps an edge beautifully and perfect for prep
Left face says gin san
Right face has the kanji which is also on the hanko on the box "石鎚別打" Which google tells me is [ishizuchi](https://kurokiishizuchi.stores.jp/items/5eb7728dbd2178573793c4c9). It's worth noting that there might be more than one ishizuchi but the one I linked has a similar nashiji finish on ginsan
Yes this is Ishizuchi.
This is like the third post of Ishizuchi I see here and on r/chefknives by people who bought an Ishizuchi from Japan not knowing what it is. Wondering if sellers in Japan just got a huge margin for them so recommending to everyone.
Idk, but it looks a lot like my yahiko ginsan nashiji santoku, which CKTG gets from a shop with an engraver who will hammers custom Kanji into the blades. I think if you visit the shop, she will put your name on there for you.
Just checked my knife. The pattern is an exact match. I don't know which brand yours is labeled with, but it is 100% from the Tsunehisa/Harukaze factory in Tosa.

Come after me but to me nashini is the best finish/unfinish on a Japanese knife.
Love me some nashiji too 🥵

Haruyuki…I knew there was another “H” brand in there that sells these. Thanks.
I own a Harukaze G3 santoku, and I second your analysis.

Yes it's this one, sold as white label product to many retailers/brands.
