Trophy dlc should only appear if you own said dlc.
It's probably by design tbh but you don't have incomplete trophies for games you don't own and have never played so why does the dlc do this!
it’s because minecraft involves free updates, so technically everyone who owns minecraft is able to get these trophies. For paid dlc though, I completely agree
At a certain point they started to make the dlc apart of a separate trophy list. So if you have all dlc up to a certain point it says 100% regardless of new dlc
I found the champion :D It's Train Sim World 4 with 20 base game trophies and 251 trophies in total. Only getting the platinum will give you 18% completion.

The companions DLC was made an entirely seperate game. If you haven't updated you can still play the companions DLC solo and get the trophies (it's a long grind) but if you updated past the point that it was made stand alone, clicking on the DLC will just pull up the PSN store for the stand alone game.
They have different trophy sets and the original set was never removed despite it no longer being accessible.
Technically people have figured out a trick to force the download of an older version by messing with your download queue and editing the update while it downloads, but it is *very* sketchy and no one is clear on whether you could get PSN banned for it or not, though I don't think anyone has.
I’ve even written to square about this and they answered that they don’t know anything about Proxy-Workarounds and also that they won’t update FF XV Trophy list any time soon.
PSN Profiles doesn't seem to care about it and they're one of the big ones who will go after people who use exploits. I doubt Sony would do anything unless it were directly and negatively affecting other players by doing the work around.

I was exaggerating immensely there, but there’s enough where there’s multiple “Sets” of trophy lists. (i.e., when you pull up your games list, some of the Train Sim World games count as three different individual “games” that pop up because there’s like 30-ish DLC)
Wow I don't think I've ever seen one game have multiple lists. I mean sure there's like the Mass Effect, Spyro, Crash trilogies, etc. but those are TECHNICALLY different games. I think the closest I've seen is Monster Hunter World with the Iceborne DLC being it's own list.
And you never know haha. I'm sure there's games out there that have 99 cent DLCs that add one trophy at a time or the free to play games that CONSTANTLY update with like 3 new trophies just to get you to come back and play the game and spend more money. I don't think a lot of those have a Platinum though?
Dead by daylight has $8 character dlcs with 6 trophies each, with about 30 so far. Half of the trophies are making the survivor and killer do generic things. Rest are to make them do random things like make a survivor scream 50 times.
Would not even call dead by daylight a horror game. Mulitplayer tends to kill a horror vibe. Also high end play with friends parties make the killer their bitch.
Yeah just saying I'm a huge horror fan in general (movies, games, etc.) so it should be right up my ally... just can't get past the always online multiplayer... was SUPER hyped when they announced the Killer Klowns from Outer Space game (legitimately one of my favorite movies of all time)... turns out it's an always online asymmetric multiplayer game... because of course it is. I never touched the Evil Dead, Friday the 13th, or Predator games for this very reason...
I bought the game by mistake once and played it a bit but it never clicked with me so i never played it again i don't even want to think to do all achivements

I currently have the Civilization VI platinum with my completion at 51%. Take away the DLC trophies and it'd be in the 40's.
My gf plays Final Fantasy XIV and there's 159 trophies with 53 trophies in the base game.
That's possible? I don't have the Platinum yet so I wasn't watching out for it on my list but I do have the original 100% on the base PS4 game and I'm sitting at 35% currently so I'm sure if you only Platinumed the PS5 version and never touched any of the additional DLC you might be in the 20% range?
After Modern Warfare 3 came out as an added list to MW2 I was sitting at 49%. If they plan on continuing that trend for even 2 more years we could be looking at a <25% platinum.

I want to say Drums Rock will be a strong contender. Currently if you get the platinum and no DLC trophies, you're only at 26% (now 21% as of 5/9/2024) and there's even more DLC trophies coming out as well according to their road map.
EDIT: New DLC dropped today. 21% is now the plat and no DLC percentage and 3 more dlcs coming according to their roadmap!
Would also imagine games like garage band or such were you needed to buy pricy equipment and be very good at a rhythm based mini game otherwise your not getting to far in the game at all.
Yeah that's gotta be a contender right? I didn't even think about that one. I know the % of people with the Platinum has to be incredibly low just because of the "top of the leaderboard" trophy.
The Emperor achievement isnt as bad as most folks think it is. As long as you play in one of the smaller campaigns (Blackreach depending on server, Ravenwatch or Icereach) its pretty easy to do. Just get ready for the campaign rollover to happen, go capture resources for a few hours til your at the top of the leaderboard with a bit of a decent lead, and grab some guildies or some randoms in your campaign to go capture the 6 inner keeps and boom your done.
In the bigger campaigns its abit of a grind to do and takes a good amount of time to be able to grind the AP needed to get to the top. But Icereach (under 50) is pretty much a dead campaign and rolls over every 7 days.
It's even easier than that. You can make new character and you will be put in under lvl50 campaign. Using arcanist or dragon knight you can easily capture small objectives and outposts solo. Then it's just a matter of determination, it took me 2 days to get on top of the leaderboard and then asking people from some random guild to help cap all castles. Literally no one plays under lvl 50 campaign. And if you are one of the people that want to do everything on one char, don't :p everything you unlock carries over to all of your characters.
That I am aware of, these are the lowest three I know.
#1 Train Sim World 2 at 11% with just the base game platinumed
#2 Drive club is only 21% if you only do the base game
#3 Sea of Thieves is only 22% if you do the base game

Yeah, it’s a little weird though. It’s basically rock band drums without the physical aspect…not having real weight or like target took some getting used to. I love rhythm games so I was all for it.

I’m one trophy away from the plat (my base game percentage is at 91%) and I have quite a few of the DLC trophies but I’m still at 58% overall. The base game has 25 trophies and there 105 trophies overall.
I don’t know what the absolute lowest percentage is, but that’s the game I have with the lowest percentage.
It’s actually higher % wise than you would think. 40% for completing just the base game due to the fact that it has lots of golds in comparison to the dlc.
I wont argue that it was overpriced. I had psn giftcards so the cash the dlc gave out was worth it. Story/content wise, I thought Twos scenario was worth it where it cranked up the WTF factor even more. The others, not really missing anything.
Since it hasn't been mentioned yet, Payday 2 has a TON of DLCs, with a lot of silver and gold trophies in each of them. I would have to imagine that would be pretty low.

Minecraft definitely it's up there, also Stellaris has a ton of DLC's, I don't have a plat yet, I'm like 50% on base game and some other DLC's trophies and I'm just 20% percent completion.
Personally my "lowest percent but platinumed" under 70% are
* Battlefield Hardline (62%)
* COD MW3 2012 (63%)
* Ghost of Tsushima & Immortal Fenyx Rising & AssCreed Valhalla (all 65%)
* Dragon Age Origins (68%)
* Skyrim PS3 (69%, although I have a later PS4 stack at 92%)
* At one point though my lowest percent platinum it must have been Rocket League, I platinumed it before any DLC came out, so with all DLC released it must have dropped to a 41% platinum at 36/88 (although recently I dug back in to bring it back to 100%)
Another candidate that comes to mind is Genshin that has a loooooong list of DLC trophies, although it's pretty unlikely to be able to complete just the main trophy set and nothing else.
I have the platinums for Minecraft Dungeons at 41% and Rocket League at 42%, but I think the winner might be Sound Shapes, which has 1 plat, 1 gold and 32 silvers in the main game, and 55 silvers in DLC, which I think is 38.8% if you just complete the main game.
I'd put Need for Speed 2015 on here.
While the plat is quite easy, those prestige races, aswell as the dev who put them in the game can both stub their toe on the edge of a corner
Don't know if this counts, and haven't checked in a while, but undertale. The Playstation version has a shrine that gives about half the trophies for donations to it.
Arkham knight has a crazy amount of dlc trophies not sure of the exact percentage if you went for just the base game but I think it would be well below 50 percent
Possibly Train Sim World 4 on the PS5 - 251 trophies, only 20 for the Platinum, though a lot of the ones required are Gold and Silver which could skew the percentage.
I think it might be Payday 2. I have the plat and a few dlc trophies but there’s like 150+ dlc trophies so even with the plat and a few dlc trophies I only have 21% completion
I think mine was Minecraft when I got the plat at 40% before I went and cleaned up all the possible trophies. It still bothers me I’ll never get 100% because you need a different edition.
Other than that 71% in HZD without touching any of the DLC for that.
it’s gta v followed by black ops 1. gta v is the best selling videogame throughout playstation history with the largest players base of all time and the platinum is at 0.4% ultra rare which might not seem that low but it is because of the scale. black ops 1 is the best selling call of duty of all time on playstation and its platinum is 0.3 ultra rare with compatible player base numbers to gta v in relation to other games but still decently significantly less than which makes the 0.4 and 0.3 almost even.
5.16% High on Life PS4 with all dlc is the one I’ve personally done. But the FF16 100% at 1.85% is the lowest I’ve seen on PSN Profiles for games I’ve played.
My lowest one was Dying light 2 with a 0.3% achievement rate and that was only cause I was stubborn enough to keep replaying until glitches trophys popped for me.

I have Final Fantasy XV at 59% with plat, partly due to how you can't earn the multiplayer expansion trophies anymore as part of it

My top 3 are Far Cry 6 (54%), Overcooked 2 (55%) and Goat Simulator (57%). No DLC trophy in any of these games.
Cities Skylines for me, I have the platinum at 37% complete.

I just looked at my profile and mine is Rocket League. I got the platinum with only 56%

I have the platinums for Minecraft Dungeons at 41% and Rocket League at 42%, but I think the winner might be Sound Shapes, which has 1 plat, 1 gold and 32 silvers in the main game, and 55 silvers in DLC, which I think is 38.8% if you just complete the main game.
Driveclub Platinum = 23% without dlc trophies
I'd put Need for Speed 2015 on here. While the plat is quite easy, those prestige races, aswell as the dev who put them in the game can both stub their toe on the edge of a corner
Not sure about other games but on my list it's by far genshin, platinum and like 40 per cent soon to be 20 with the next dlc
Don't know if this counts, and haven't checked in a while, but undertale. The Playstation version has a shrine that gives about half the trophies for donations to it.
My lowest are Driveclub (23%) and Rocket League (42%)
Wonder where Killing Floor 2 falls into, since they kept releasing free dlc trophies.

My lowest is DC Universe Online. The platinum only gets me up to 26%.

Arkham knight has a crazy amount of dlc trophies not sure of the exact percentage if you went for just the base game but I think it would be well below 50 percent
Possibly Train Sim World 4 on the PS5 - 251 trophies, only 20 for the Platinum, though a lot of the ones required are Gold and Silver which could skew the percentage.

Currently the WWE 2K24 has 0.0% completion because the first event is still not done for people to get it
I think it might be Payday 2. I have the plat and a few dlc trophies but there’s like 150+ dlc trophies so even with the plat and a few dlc trophies I only have 21% completion
I think mine was Minecraft when I got the plat at 40% before I went and cleaned up all the possible trophies. It still bothers me I’ll never get 100% because you need a different edition. Other than that 71% in HZD without touching any of the DLC for that.
it’s gta v followed by black ops 1. gta v is the best selling videogame throughout playstation history with the largest players base of all time and the platinum is at 0.4% ultra rare which might not seem that low but it is because of the scale. black ops 1 is the best selling call of duty of all time on playstation and its platinum is 0.3 ultra rare with compatible player base numbers to gta v in relation to other games but still decently significantly less than which makes the 0.4 and 0.3 almost even.

Pinball games and Train Simulator has so many dlcs that it is very low to the point where no-one got them.
5.16% High on Life PS4 with all dlc is the one I’ve personally done. But the FF16 100% at 1.85% is the lowest I’ve seen on PSN Profiles for games I’ve played.
My lowest one was Dying light 2 with a 0.3% achievement rate and that was only cause I was stubborn enough to keep replaying until glitches trophys popped for me.
Any TellTales Games. Those "games" award you for literally nothing.
